  Had the most wonderful experience with everyone here! Having just moved to Florida, I was wonderfully impressed with how they were willing to work with me to find the right car and made it such an easy process.   I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Ceah and Corbin. Yesterday I traded in my Wagoneer and purchased the 85th Anniversary Grand Wagoneer, and the entire experience was beyond anything I’ve ever had at a dealership. Corbin did so much of the process with us over the phone before we even arrived, making everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. By the time we got to the dealership, we were only there for about two hours, which is unheard of when buying a vehicle, but the funny part is I wasn’t even ready to leave because I felt like I had already made friends with them. Ceah and Corbin made the whole experience feel personal, genuine, and exciting instead of just another transaction. They truly care about the people they’re helping. My boyfriend is actually a finance director at another dealership, so we both know how the car-buying process can be, and even he completely agreed that this experience was incredible from start to finish. I can confidently say I will not go anywhere else for a vehicle from here on out. Thank you both for making such a big purchase such a memorable and enjoyable experience! 🤍

  Sarasota Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge is not your typical car dealership where you feel stressed, pressured or taken advantage of. This was the second new vehicle purchased from this dealer and it was an even better experience this time around. I went in for a 2 door hardtop Wrangler and they worked with me and got me into a more practical 4 door Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited. I’m very happy with it and even more satisfied with the staff and management who got me the best possible deal. Marcus was the salesman and he reached out before anyone else and was very thorough and honest. Thank you again guys. -Steve

  Great experience at the Jeep dealership! Tomas was fantastic to work with—very friendly, straightforward, and made the whole process easy. We ended up with a great price and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend asking for Tomas!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! if you value honesty, communication, and competent service. My mother has been dealing with ongoing issues with her Jeep for far too long, and Sarasota Jeep has turned what should have been a straightforward repair process into a never-ending cycle of expensive fixes with no real answers. Over the years, she has spent thousands of dollars replacing major component's, yet the vehicle continues to have problems. What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. Instead of clearly identifying the root cause of the issues, it feels like there is always another expensive repair being recommended. We repeatedly asked for explanations and solutions, but were often left feeling like no one was willing to take accountability or provide straight answers. The customer service has been equally disappointing. Staff members have come across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in addressing legitimate concerns. When someone is spending significant money on repairs and trusting a dealership to keep their vehicle safe and reliable, they deserve respect and honest communication. At this point, we regret continuing to bring the vehicle here and wish we had sought a second opinion much sooner. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Sarasota Jeep and would strongly encourage others to do their research before trusting this dealership with major repairs.
