5 months agoAll I can say about the people at Sarasota Toyota is they are truly TOP-SELF. Helpful to a fault, I’m 68 years old from NJ Ive heard every cock & bull story twice. There was absolutely none of that there. They walked me through the process in record time. I highly recommend the folks up there. They got me in a beautiful truck and I Thank them for excellent service and just being Great Human Beings!

2 months agoGreat experience! The whole transaction from the first online contact to inquire about the advertised vehicle, meeting the sales associates in person at the dealership, taking the test drive, and finally signing the paperwork went smoothly and seamlessly. Best experience I've ever had at a car dealership.

3 months agoCOCKROACH INFESTATION IN CERTIFIED CAR EDIT: You said to reach out via call or text and did not leave a number. I want to preface this by saying that the sales associate Megan R., the receptionist, and Mark in the service department were all very sweet and helpful during this ordeal. Thank you for checking on me and offering to help me. However, the sales management, specifically Igor, was dismissive and incredibly manipulative. On Saturday, I purchased a "Gold Certified" 2021 Corolla. Within 40 minutes of my drive home, a cockroach crawled up my leg. Within 2 hours I had learned it was a multi-generational German Cockroach infestation throughout the vehicle, a biological hazard that never should have passed a 160-point "Gold" certification. When I returned for help, Igor was dismissive, suggesting the infestation could have started during my 1-hour drive home and that I could not prove that the dealership had the car while it was infested. The second sales manager was at least apologetic and said he has no idea how the team missed it during detailing. However, it was upsetting to hear them state that gold certified only applied to the mechanics of the car. So if it ran well then the cockroaches were not an issue. I was shown "trade-ins" that smelled like a port-a-potty or had bumpers poorly repaired with screws, and was told I shouldn't "expect perfection." Getting a loaner car was like pulling teeth until Mark stepped in to help. The sales managers kept saying I got a good offer on this car so why would they want to lose more money in helping me get this fixed when they could do the bare minimum for free. I eventually had to agree to a "bug bomb"and in house detailing (even though they claimed this car was detailed twice before I drove off the lot with it) because it was the only immediate solution offered, but it was done poorly and left dead nymphs behind. Now, they refuse to cover the full cost of the professional biohazard detailing and multi-stage pe

3 months agoMy husband and I decided to trade in his Mazda last weekend. We have always been Mazda owners, about 10 of them. Never thought we would change our brand of car. However, Toyota gave us a better deal for trade in and price for new car. Darryl was helpful, friendly, informative, and made the process quick and simple.

2 months agoI was satisfied with my sales person Cesar he helped me get into the car that I wanted but when it came down to the finance guy Julio Diaz was very rude and almost made me walk out without the car I wanted. I believe something needs to be done no one should talk down to females going to look for a car and that’s exactly what it felt like was being done I will be in contact with the store manager about my experience because yes I left with the car I wanted but no I didn’t leave there as happy as I should have. I had someone come support me and was asking questions for me because she to is a customer there and just got her car and she was treated horribly Julio even went to mention your not the one buying the car she is. That is my sister in law and if it wasn’t for her getting a car there the week before I would not have gotten my car there she brought you a customer and the way she was treated was not ok at all!!!!
