  Todd Hoff was very helpful and down to earth. He made the purchase of my new pickup very simple. The easiest vehicle transaction I’ve ever experienced. He went out of his way to find the pickup I wanted and had it brought to me. Top notch.

  This was my first time dealing with Sax Motor Company and it was the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had - and I have purchased over 20 vehicles from other dealers over the years. They were fair on pricing, great trade value, and were very prepared to complete the process. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and forthright. Highly recommend!!!   We got a bad batch of gas on our way home from our trip which triggered an engine light and put our vehicle in limp mode. We stopped in right when they opened and they were able to get us back on the road very quickly. Les was super kind and helpful. Thanks again

  Highly suggest working with Aric. He is incredibly knowledgeable and had a flexible schedule. Aric doesn’t give “a car salesman” pressure or spiel and I hope to work with him in the future!

  Sax sent our paperwork to our physical address instead of asking for a mailing address. You would think a dealership in a rural part of the state of ND would know that USPS doesn't deliver to all physical locations. It ended up taking them more than 30 days to get us the title. They would not get us an extension on the "drive out registration", even though the ND DMV said the dealership could get us another one. Called the DMV they said the dealership is lying to us and that the dealership needed to provide a means to be able to drive the vehicle legally. Aaron, the Sax finance manager, told us to just drive the car illegally and not worry about it, that "you'll be fine". On top of these issues, they also tried to get me to sign a waiver of liability AFTER all of the paperwork was signed because they sold me a car with an unresolved recall that they did not disclose. They tried to pressure me into signing the document by initially claiming it was a waiver stating that the vehicle didn't have any open recalls, when the document clearly stated that it did. This place is SHADY. I would never buy a car here again. Since Sax responded, claiming they can't extend the "drive out registration", then why use USPS and add several days to a time-sensitive process?? Both the ND DMV and the ND State Trooper helping us said that Sax has options to help us. The State Trooper in Dickinson said he wasn't surprised we were having problems with Sax, so it sounds like they have a reputation. If an extension isn't an option, then an entirely new "drive out registration". Sax claimed they can't do this because they would get fined, so again I ask then why use USPS? Send important documents overnight so your customer has a reasonable opportunity to not drive illegally. They would rather I get a ticket for driving an improperly registered vehicle than pay a fine. As for 'no reason' to know our address wouldn't accept mail. USPS provides free methods to validate addresses,
