  I just purchased a Ford Maverick through Chad at Schmit Bros Automotive. They were very easy to work with. I was looking at similar trucks on lots closer to home, but the inventory was older, higher miles and dirty (even though a "service" fee was included) and littered with empty water bottles. Schmit Brothers had a 2024 Maverick on the lot that was immaculate. Chad paid close attention to what I was looking for and made the buying process easy. If you're needing new wheels I recommend that you call Chad at Schmit Brothers.

  Great pricing & quality (at lots of price points)! Worth the drive to Saukville. Knowledgeable, helpful, & personable staff. Travis didn't make me feel bad that I didn't have a huge budget. Highly recommend (& I don't say this lightly).

  My sunroof wouldn't close. I knew it was an easy and quick job but I couldn't find a video of how to do it for my '08 explorer. Although they said they were busy, they would try to fit me in in-between jobs. So I dropped it off and awaited their call. So they closed my sunroof but didn't call until the next day. Reason number 1 for a 1 star review. I know it takes longer to move my explorer in and back out again that it takes to close the sunroof yet they charged me a full hour labor. I understand that is common practice but their labor rates are OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS PER HOUR!!!!!

  Extremely disappointed!!! Corners were cut, blame was passed to someone else, and I was ignored after they got their money. When you know the insurance company is going to pay no matter what you do why not do a sub par job They performed work without my authorization and no accountability when I asked why it was done, just “I don’t know”. Eventually they said well it was deemed a safety issue so they couldn’t let it leave with out them doing it the work. Little to no remorse for doing a subpar job cleaning the interior that had water/mud damage. I found mud and dirt throughout the area they said they removed the carpet and trim panels to dry and clean. There was dirt on the a/c and all over the passenger seat area when I picked it up. I emailed the photos of the interior to the office manager who I had communicated with because the body shop manager was on vacation. The reply I got was “ For it being a ten-year-old vehicle, he cleaned the carpet to the best of his ability, and I think the pictures look pretty good in comparison to how it was before repairs.” Anything would look better than an interior that had been partially submerged in a swamp. I have yet to hear from anyone since that email even though they said the body shop manager would be contacting me when they returned from vacation

  Travis thoroughly explained everything and made the process go smoothly. I got a fair price for my trade in and the entire staff was very helpfull.
