“Absolutely pathetic customer service. I walked into this dealership ready to put a down payment on a truck that day, and instead of treating me like a paying customer, I was treated like I didn’t belong there. After Trent showed us the truck, it was obvious he shared his opinion with the other salespeople because the attitude from all three of them completely changed. The manager appeared to do the same. We stood outside the entire time and were never taken seriously, despite being ready to put money down that day. It’s disappointing enough to be treated with such disrespect, but it’s even worse to see the dealership respond with false information to try to justify what happened. We came prepared to buy a vehicle. Your staff made assumptions instead of doing their jobs, and ”
