  Steve was great to work with. We came to a fair price for the car we wanted and he got it done quickly and stress free. Would definitely recommend. Love my Telluride EX!

  Scott Kia of Springfield runs a completely disorganized operation with zero respect for a customer’s time or basic professional standards. We arrived at 5:00 PM and were told the Sales Manager, Nick, had already left for the day. We worked with our salesman, Yohannes, and shook hands on a finalized deal with the Used Car Manager at 5:30 PM, for our new lease. Following their explicit assurance that the deal was a green light, we spent the next three hours sitting in the lobby executing the necessary logistics. Under their direction, we changed our auto insurance policy and watched the dealership staff remove the license plate off our trade-in vehicle. At 8:30 PM, after making us wait for three hours, the Finance Manager came to say they could not complete the sale as the sales desk completely forgot to input our trade-in vehicle into the paperwork. Because of their sheer administrative laziness, it took them three hours to notice their own mistake, meaning the main office was now closed and the transaction was dead. We walked out, demanded our deposit back, and were left with the massive hassle of immediately reinstating the auto insurance we had just altered based on their incompetent guidance. To make matters worse, after completely botching a guaranteed sale, not a single manager from this location has bothered to follow up or apologize today. This is a failure of communication from the top down. If you value your time and expect an honest, competent transaction, take your business to a dealership that actually knows what they are doing. Hands down the worst dealership experience I have ever had.

  I had a great experience leasing my 2026 Sorento. Nick and Jordan were wonderful. They made the whole process so easy and stress free. I originally went to the Kia of West Chester and had an awful experience. West Chester sales team were extremely pushy trying to pressure me into buying that day and offered me an absurdly overpriced quote. I came to the Springfield dealership and Jordan and Nick never pressured me once. They were knowledgeable, honest, and they offered an amazing price. I was in and out with my new car in record time. I will recommend Springfield Kia to everyone I know.

  everything went very smooth. Everybody was very helpful. Joe is amazing and finding me this car and showing me it taking me out for a test drive.. I love Kia And will recommend them to everyone
