  Great experience at Seattle Jeep! I brought in my Jeep 4xe for a scheduled service along with two factory recalls, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Eliza S. was fantastic—she kept me updated throughout the process, letting me know when service started and when it was completed, and confirmed both recalls were taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Eliza greeted me with a smile and even took a moment to ask about my day. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel easy. The service department was clearly busy, but everything was clean and well-organized. As a nice bonus, she offered me a free car wash before I left—which I happily accepted! Really appreciate the great customer service—thanks Eliza!

  Before reading everything I have alot of recorded videos, pictures, Reports papers and screen shots of conversations with Seattle Jeep and even the Car Shop that I went for second opinion to back up my complains and review. I will not going to reveal the name of the other Car Shop and the name of their Technician for Privacy. All I can say to the customers is Seattle Jeep is not honest and very not trustable place to bring your car for maintenance and car issues. The Technician 4078 of Seattle Jeep who saw my car is Joseph Lin The Seattle Jeep Advisor is Eliza Soderberg My car dont have any issues before I brought it to Seattle jeep for Oil Change and maintenance interval. But after all whatever they did which I paid for almost 900 dollars (Oil change, System UpDates, Wheel Allignment, Multi point inspection) the engine was acting weird and shaking very hard and diffucult to start assuming it was a battery issue. I dont know about cars so I messaged them telling I was having starting issues with my car. I returned my car and they checked everything for couple days but told me they didnt find any issues and again I paid for this visit for 300 dollars even they didnt find the issues. So I got my car again with no issues showing while I drove it home but after a day I was trying to go to work it acted weird again. It did start but it was really shaking harder and the check engine light came on. I did my reasearch and learned its called engine misfiring. So I messaged Eliza Soderberg the Jeep Advisor that I am having issues again with engine misfiring and now the check engine is on but it is have a solid light on. I did my research that solid light on check engine is way better than flashing light engine on. So she wanted me to bring my car so I did brought my car to them again to check it. I was happy that they saw the problems this time and telling me that it were spark plugs so they changed everything to new and told me that they need to check it for drive te

  August is the best salesman ever!!! He made our truck buying experience the best we have ever had! Friendly, easy to work with, and just a great guy. No high pressure, or games.   Working with Sage, in service, is the best thing Seattle Jeep has available. I had a catastrophic failure, under warranty, and without the help and assistance of Sage, this process would’ve probably have been more difficult for me. The communication from Sage was excellent and the use of text messages between the service department and myself was very streamlined. I recommend Seattle Jeep to my friends and family. I’ve never bought a vehicle from Seattle Jeep so I can’t comment on the sales department.

  August is seriously the BEST salesman ever. I walked in with a clear idea of what I needed and he actually listened. No upselling, no pressure, just pure dedication to finding the perfect fit for me. He went above and beyond in every way and was genuinely kind and trustworthy throughout the whole process. Eliza, the service rep, was just as incredible. She took the time to break down which vehicles would be the safest and most reliable, walked me through all my options, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Together, August and Eliza made this entire experience feel effortless. They’re compassionate, thoughtful, and truly exceptional members of the Seattle Jeep team. A true 10/10 buying experience.
