  Best dealership experience ever. I took my 2017 Ford Edge in for a recall repair and was given a 2026 Ford Explorer as a loaner and I knew I had to have it! I was very impressed with the whole experience from service, to getting my loaner, to sales. Everything ran like clockwork. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and more than happy to help. After meeting with my Salesman Nick Dyer the purchase went smoothly and now I'm the proud owner of my 5th Ford product. I'm very happy

  First time coming here to Serra Ford Rochester Hills. I was looking for a newer used Ford Edge and met up with sales rep Brandon W. He's an asset to this company. I was impressed with everything in the process of purchasing a vehicle. From the start of my search to the very end, I was very satisfied with the sales staff, billing/financing staff and even the porter who picked me up at home so I could finish the signing for my 2023 Ford Edge. I was treated kindly, with professionalism and most of all, respect. Much appreciated. The 2023 Edge was the perfect choice for me and I am just thrilled to be driving it now. Can't say enough great things about this dealership. They really know how to treat customers and make first time customers feel welcomed. I will definitely continue purchasing from this Ford dealership. Thank you to everyone who helped me get a fantastic Ford Edge.

  My mom and I had an amazing experience buying our Ford Bronco from this dealership! Brandon was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Kristina was also great and never tried to pressure us into buying random warranties or anything we didn’t want. We never felt rushed whatsoever during the entire experience. Everyone was honest, professional, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership!

  My wife and I came to check on a 2025 Toyota Tacoma. We had Josh as our agent. He took his time going through everything about the truck and was good about answering questions and checking on anything he wasn’t sure about. When all was said and done, we felt we got a fair deal and we love the truck.
