  Keondre was great to work with. We coordinated our daughter taking the vehicle for a test drive, husband and I coming in on Saturday to start financial aspect, daughter coming back in on Monday to finish her financial portion. A lot of back and forth but none of us had to miss work. He is very kind and efficient.

  The best purchasing experience, hands-down. Lamar was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for , he was very personable. Very nice very Informative. Everything was just so easy and quick. this was my daughter‘s first car buying experience and I highly recommend Lamar Serra Toyota !

  AWFUL experience. I took my car here to have front end body work done after a minor collision. When I picked the car up it shook the whole drive home, so I turned around and went back. I sat in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours before someone figured out that they hadn't let the car run properly after putting my battery back in, so it was an issue with the fuel injectors. Shortly after getting home I realized the front bumper was coming loose, two bolts were missing on the under side of the bumper, and a plastic fixture that was supposed to hold the headlamp in place was broken in half. I took it back for a third time and was told I would get a phone call by the end of the day to let me know when I could bring it back for another repair. Two weeks and three phone calls later they continued telling me that they were waiting for my insurance company to respond. I called my insurance company and Toyota never actually submitted the photos or invoice to them, and my insurance company had been reaching out to them for the past 2 weeks to obtain them. I sent in my own photos and my insurance sent an adjuster out in the same day – the insurance adjuster obtained the invoice in person, used the photos I sent, and finally forced Toyota to order the parts and schedule me for a day to bring my car in. Additionally, the body shop technician that I had taken my car back to (who lied to me about submitting the photos and invoice to my insurance), also lied to the insurance adjuster in person- telling her that he hadn't responded because he had fixed the bumper himself the day that I took the car back in for photos to have new parts ordered. I informed the adjuster that this was a blatant lie. I had talked with the body shop tech for approximately 10 minutes on that day, just long enough for him to take the photos and details of what needed to be fixed, and at no point were "repairs" done on my car right there in the parking lot without parts.   Went in with my wife today looking for a vehicle and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, quick, and painless. We worked with Chelsea, who was great! No unnecessary back and forth, no unwanted dealer add ins, and most importantly - no high pressure sales. We were able to get financing we felt comfortable with that we weren't able to get at other dealerships.
