  I recently purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali from Shepherd’s in Auburn, IN, and had an outstanding experience working with Logan Roberts.   Set up an appointment with Chris for a routine oil change after a cross-country RV trip from Colorado Springs with my 2012 Ram 3500. The oil and filter were changed, fuel filter changed, tires rotated and balanced, chassis greased, and a full multi-point inspection accomplished. Excellent work!

  I bought a 2021 Gladiator from Logan. He was very knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor that kept us entertained while we waited. He went above and beyond to be sure everything was taken care of. I can't recommend him enough. He stayed positive and did everything to be sure the new tires and rims were on and the vehicle was ready. Thanks to Logan I will return to Shepherd's for my next vehicle purchase!!!

  Service deprtment** The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because they had great communication other than that... their prices are not reasonable AT ALL I left and they called 3 hours later forgot to put my motor cover on so I went back they threw it on... a week later I started smelling a burning smell they forgot to put my vacuum hose back together so it had been sitting burning away. They wanted to charge me 600.00 for a rear window switch. I bought one from auto zone for 60 bucks and put it on myself in seconds. Im afraid this price gouging is at all dealerships but just ridiculousness.

  Logan was amazing to work with in helping us find the perfect new family vehicle. I had really bad experiences elsewhere and he made sure to get me what I needed as stress free as possible.
