  I had a great experience purchasing my car and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The salesperson I worked with Robert Butler was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free the experience was. Robert was honest, patient, and clearly cared about making sure I drove away in a car that was the right fit for me. That level of service is hard to find. The entire dealership team was just as impressive. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and respectful, which made the whole process even more enjoyable. From start to finish, it felt like they truly valued their customers. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, and I’d especially suggest asking for Robert Butler if you want a seamless, positive experience.

  Don Zorn was my sales guy. He came highly recommend by my husband because they used to work together. He will go the extra mile for you, and I knew I was in the best salespersons hands. He took care of every detail, and made sure it was an amazing experience. Eve the BDC director is also amazing, and Tyrone in finance went hard for me to get a great deal with my negative equity situation. The deal was done in 2 hours or less. I’ll be back when it’s time for an upgrade!

  We recently Purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand wagoneer from Shottenkirk Chrysler and got the pleasure of working with Nick. He was great! Very helpful at showing us all our options and never did we feel any pressure in buying anything. We worked out an amazing deal and got a fair trade in offer on my civic. Going back to finance to sign everything was a breeze we were not even pushed to buy any additional packages! Everyone was super nice, we will definitely be recommending this dealer to all our friends and family. Also their warranty program is amazing! So happy with my new Jeep!

  Bear, (Don Gatlin) was a God send for me with the purchase of my vehicle yesterday. In a world of game playing and manipulation, he took ownership of getting the deal done as I requested to meet my needs. No fast talk or running back and forth with the Finance department. He listened carefully,communicated clearly and got it done. I witnessed integrity and fair play in a gotcha business and I'm grateful.   My entire experience st Shottenkirk was OUTSTANDING!!! I cannot say enough about my Salesman Blake and the entire team. Everyone was Genuinely nice and helpful. I wish I had been coming to this dealership in the past but I am now a new customer. My deal was great and I am EXTREMELY happy with my new truck. I would encourage anyone to go to this dealership for the best experience and best deal.
