  I had a great buying experience, the Staff Especially Shane is very communicative, worked with me for 4 days while I was being hesitant and trying to ensure that I was making a good financial decision. He immediately alerted me to brand new rebates and negotiated fairly for a good trade in toward my new Truck. I got an extremely good APR as well because the team there was very fast at getting information bout rates and rebate during this truck month. From the earlier week when i first started negotiating to the weekend when i purchased the APR deal and Rebate information came out and i was alerted immediately and thats what got me the deal i wanted. Shane is very knowledgeable, understanding and works hard to make sure we are happy, he is backed by an amazing sales manager and a finance team that isnt trying to add crazy stuff on top like some dealerships just to make a quick buck. Their transparency and integrity is unmatched and I know i wouldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere. I couldnt be happier.

  I had a very smooth and satisfying truck buying experience. The entire team was kind, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They went above and beyond by keeping the dealership open late to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled efficiently, and I never felt pressured at any point. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

  I took my 2023 Dodge Charger to the Prosper Dodge service center yesterday for scheduled maintenance, and I had a very positive experience. The staff was courteous, professional, and explained the service process clearly. My vehicle was serviced on time, and the team kept me informed throughout the visit. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the overall customer service was excellent. I appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail.   Let me first start by saying we flew in from Kansas to make our purchase. After striking out a couple of times locally my wife informed me that they had the exact model she wanted in Texas! We called to inquire if it was available and explained the situation. Diana took the time to take a very detailed video of the entire vehicle inside and out. Even pointing out the very minor flaws. Transparency was super important to us due to the time and expense of traveling short notice. When we arrived the vehicle was exactly as advertised. The team worked super efficiently knowing that after the purchase we had an 8 hour drive home! Coming to a deal we were both comfortable with was absolutely painless. I wish they were closer our local CDJR dealer isn’t as good as it used to be. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to look at their inventory and fly in again on our next vehicle purchase. They were, fair, honest, and polite. That seems to be lacking in a lot of places today, it was refreshing.
