  What a great experience. I walked in, took a test drive, and purchased my new Grand Cherokee L all in under 3 hours. Mark and the entire team were a pleasure to work with and they found me a lower APR than what my credit union was offering me. Thank you!

  I rarely post a negative review of anything based on the understanding that people tend to only complain online rather than praise good experiences, but this one is a exception. My son & his mother purchased a used vehicle through them and we returned for a oil change out of brand loyalty. We literally stood in front of the service desk for 28 minutes with no one else in line. There were 3 people behind the desk and 3 mechanics standing around doing nothing, we were not acknowledged. The main service guy takes a phone call, at this point, from another customer instead of addressing the people standing in front of him. I asked if whatever it was he was so involved with could maybe be continued after we were checked in? I got an immediate condescending response from the group that this request was unreasonable. So we waited. One of the younger crew politely offered to let us pull the car in so we could sit down and they'd start working on it. An hour and thirty minutes later this main service guy tells us the oil change is done, but we are missing an under car skid plate, which I am quite sure was there before this. We checked out for the oil change to the tune of $86 for a Honda Civic! Crappy businesses tend to die out on their own by word of mouth. This was my experience and I won't be returning. There are better options in Owosso.

  Great place to buy your next vehicle. Mark is a great salesman, he makes sure everything is taken care of. We had a small issue with the vehicle and they quickly fixed the problem with no charge and Jason the technician was very good at fixing the problem.

  Had a mess of a situation with a jeep I bought at another dealership having multiple issues during the sale. Jay in service was phenomenal with updates and his professional work. Wish I bought from this dealership. The shop looks highly impressive. Pay Jay in service more.

  We essentially did our whole transaction via text and email. Mark was very easy to work with and very helpful. We drove almost 2 1/2 hours to get our car, sight unseen, Took it for a short drive, signed the papers, and we were gone in less than an hour on our way home. Would definitely recommend
