  My wife and I have leased 5 vehicles from Smart Motors Toyota : a 4Runner, Venza, two Siennas, and a Camry, and every experience has been exceptional. Javier Leon is a true class act; knowledgeable, thorough, and always makes sure we leave confident about both the vehicle and the deal. His post-sale support is just as impressive, any questions that come up, he makes time to help. The management team of Mark Heckel and Justin Jackson rounds out an all-star experience, stepping in seamlessly whenever needed. Smart Motors has earned our loyalty, and I wouldn’t send anyone shopping for a new or used Toyota anywhere else!

  Smart Toyota and A J Gill were the Best! So So very patient and ordered the Rav 4 we wanted, kept us informed when it would arrive and answered all our questions! Today we walked in and my car had a beautiful bow on it, in all my years that’s never happened anywhere else for us, truly made us feel special. We had forgotten our title and A J and his team had a quick solution for us as we live about 40 miles away, so understanding we really appreciated it. Jenny explained the car from inside and out with all the functions! Don’t hesitate go to Smart ask for A J and he’ll help get you just what you’re looking for, you won’t regret it.   I've always been impressed with Smart Toyota and the positive impact they've had on the Madison community over the years. They've built a reputation not only for excellent customer service but also for giving back and supporting local organizations. One thing I especially appreciate is their ongoing support of community fundraisers, including efforts that benefit the American Family Children's Hospital and many other important causes. It's clear they care about more than just selling vehicles—they care about the community they serve. A special shoutout to Tony, who is one of my favorite people to work with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about what he does, and always willing to help. His professionalism and enthusiasm make every interaction a positive one.   Such wonderful Wonderful people at this Toyota! Riley was an expert in explaining all the high tech features wirh me in my new car! So many new technologies ans he explained each one so well and set up my new Screen perfectly! Thinking i was going to see a video on car features, I was delighted when he said: 'I am the video". Refreshing that a human explains things as he patiently walked me through the many new options this new Prius offered. His enthusiasm and live for people sure has him in a perfect position. Vety bright, and very Kind. Im a grandma, so hearing and seeing technology a couple or few times really helped. Very patient and kind! I appreciate the outstanding greetings and service at Toyota. I met some if the staff (Johnathan, Steve, and A.J. as well in the repair area) and we had so much fun in conversation! Cannot wait to bring in 2 dozen donuts from Dunkin Donuts next visit. Their transparency and personality really invite praises!!!!!! Great Company! Getting new beige heated leather seats from A.J. and I can tell by his professionalism in his field.and sweet receptive spirit, that all rhe work will be done well!

  I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Ahmed at Smart Motors Toyota in Madison, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ahmed was professional, honest, and took the time to explain all the numbers clearly so there were no surprises. The vehicle arrived on time as promised, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dana, the sales manager, was also great to work with and made everything easy. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend ahmed to anyone looking for a new vehicle
