  From 1star to 5 star I was in the market for an occasional 7-seater SUV and had a used Volvo XC90 on my shortlist. We initially stopped by Smythe Volvo without an appointment and spoke with a salesperson who scheduled a test drive for the weekend, since no vehicles were available that day. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a follow-up call afterward. A couple of weeks later, I got a call from another representative at Smythe checking in. Despite the earlier experience, we decided to give them another try and booked a test drive. This time, the experience was excellent. Ada coordinated everything smoothly and assigned Shaun to assist us. Shaun was outstanding—he took the time to understand our needs, answered all our questions, and helped us confidently choose the XC90 over other options we were considering. Henry from the finance team was very helpful and transparent throughout the financing process, and Isaiah ensured a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience. Overall, while our initial experience could have been better, the team truly turned things around. Thanks to Shaun, Henry, and Isaiah, I’m now a happy XC90 owner. I appreciate the great service!

  Kyle was amazing and made me feel truly welcomed as a first-time Volvo owner. The dealership had such a family vibe, which made the experience even better. As someone who has been leasing for years and hasn’t gone through a dealership in over 15 years, Kyle completely changed my perspective on buying a car this way.
