  I had a wonderful experience at South Oak Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. My salesman, Tony, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He helped me find the perfect car that truly fits me. Randy was also a big part of making this experience so positive. He made sure my friends and I were comfortable and supported Tony throughout the process to ensure everything went seamlessly. Additionally, Ryan, the insurance agent, helped me secure an affordable insurance plan and was very friendly and professional. Overall, I received 10/10 service from all three of them. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience!

  Had a great experience buying my 2026 Jeep Compass! Tony was super nice, easy to talk to, and really helpful without being pushy at all. He answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, which made everything way less stressful. Overall just a really good, easy car-buying experience. Definitely recommend! Ryan was also very helpful with helping me with finance and insurance, thank you!!!

  Bas was recommended to me by a family friend. Bas was amazing with helping me find a great deal on the vehicle I wanted. He has a very friendly welcoming personality. When I arrived he greeted me and my mom with a smile and made us feel comfortable. I am so glad to have gotten my vehicle at South Oak with Bas. I’ll for sure be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you again for being such a great help and getting me a vehicle same day!

  Huge thank you to TIM a Super Awesome guy for making my car-buying experience such a pleasure! Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. Truly one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Ryan thanks for your help as well. Sorry, I can’t remember the finance guy’s name. But I thank him as well for not Trying to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. I think all of you guys are great. I would definitely be back.

  Kenita is AMAZING she worked with us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. She explained everything perfectly and her energy is so positive we couldn't help but smile through the entire process. She got us in and out in a timely manner and made sure everything was in order before we left. Ryan was also very helpful he explained everything we needed to know in a very detailed manner and made sure we had all the facts before we left his office. They both had great energies and conversation and helped make this an overall great experience.
