  I had an amazing experience at Southgate Honda purchasing my 2025 Honda Civic Type R (red). From start to finish, everything was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The car itself is unreal—the championship red color looks amazing, the styling is aggressive, and the performance completely lives up to the Type R reputation. Huge shoutout to Ryan Yousif for taking great care of me throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered while keeping everything straightforward and easy. I also want to thank Devyn, the car manager, for helping make the deal come together seamlessly. Devyn was great to work with and made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally.   This was my first time purchasing a car from Southgate Honda and all I can say is that is was an amazing experience. A few days before coming in the used car office I Requested Some information on a 2012 Honda fit. The next day I Received a call from Colton From the used car office. He was very professional and very informative about the vehicle that I was looking at And also sent me some more information about it before we set up an appointment. The day I went up there to go for a test drive I was greeted by the used car sales manager. Jason and I can tell you that I was Welcomed in that office by him. Jason and Colton was very professional and they was very informative about everything and was there to meet my needs of what I was looking for in a car plus the payment. I was really happy with my experience. They made it easy and they were great to work with. I also got to work with the finance manager, and he was also very nice and professional, and he helped me understand a lot of the aspects of the financing. If I could give this place more than five stars, I definitely would. I really appreciate everybody. I worked with today and I would definitely go back there for another vehicle in the future thanks guys.

  Easy process from start to finish. Joe was great. I love my car and I think I got a very fair price. I looked at countless cars, and visited several dealerships, most of them give you that cheesy car sales feeling. This was not at all how Southgate Honda felt. Not only was Joe awesome, all of the workers I encountered were extremely nice people.

  The dealership was pleasant and trustworthy. Alex assisted me and had the vehicle o wanted to view up front prior to my arrival. I was allowed to test drive the sedan and walked through the entire purchase process with ease. I was also given a tour of the dealership so that I’d know where to bring the car when it was time for oil changes tires and any additional maintenance when necessary. I was provided water and they had a drink station which was clean and neatly organized. Staff was respectful and forthcoming (honest)throughout the process I don’t feel like they were being manipulative during the purchase. Alex took his time to show me all aspects of what the sedan could do. I received a clean vehicle that has been running efficiently and plan to make an additional purchase in the future. They have great warranties and exceptional service all around good experience I highly recommend this location.

  Honda Southgate truly deserves more than the highest rating. My case was not easy, but the entire team went above and beyond,putting in time, effort, and even working overtime to make sure everything was handled properly and that we received the best possible deal. They genuinely cared not only about the present transaction but also about potential future issues we might face. Special thanks to Alex , to the manager, to all who assisst me, their dedication, patience, and hard work deserves more than two thumbs up. Overall, everyone at Southgate Honda deserves more than five stars. Excellent communication, consistent updates, and a team that clearly loves what they do. Outstanding work all around. This was our first car, the HR-V, and Alex did an outstanding job. We traded it in, and with the same excellent service, the Ridgeline is now our second car 😇. We highly recommend him,he is an excellent agent.
