  They are very friendly; Allison handles my service appointments and answers my questions and concerns with great kindness. I highly recommend them—I’m sure Allison will treat you with great courtesy. Everyone at the shop provides excellent service, and I always prefer this place for my vehicle's needs.

  Went in today to get a oil change well it started out great till thay drove it back in the bay I ask the oil technician about did you check my ac drain line he said no he told me no body told him too I told my service adviser to check that she said she would tell him well that didn't happen also i got a free car wash that was a joke the guy brought the truck back still wet and the water is very hard it left calcium spots all over my truck so i had a rag and i started wiping down my truck i told clay why didn't you guys do this really he didn't even try to help me didn't even say sorry really what kind of sloppy service is this when you expect the costumer to do the work and im a disabled veteran to top it off if that isn't enough most Dealerships top off your fluids but not this one i paid 117.00 for this i would have got better service at jiffy lube or midas my service rep did apologize and said she would re wash my truck and put the washing fluid in the tank.so after talking to her I got to looking my aluminum ally rims got hard water stains so I called back up there to talk to the service manager she never called me back today so I'm done with this dealership I can't even trust them to do anything right with the work that was supposed to be done in the first place don't let them wash your vehicle with that super hard water it's not good for paint or your rims if you don't believe me look it up So in conclusion of my horrible day I myself will never go back to this place ever and I would emplor you also to stay away. This statement is my first hand experance with this dealership dodge in cleburne tx God bless also thay left my air filter open not fastened wow my son re washed my truck and topped off my fluids I paid him to my son good job I will pay you next time also to southwest Chrysler dodge do not call me i wated till 6pm no body called me so it's obvious you could care less about my new issues I wanted to report.did get a response from the owner but I im co

  I bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I received a great deal. I honestly wasn’t expecting to buy a car that day but they made me such a great deal I couldn’t let it go. I told them a monthly payment that I was sure they couldn’t do and they got so close to my number that I had to do it. I am very pleased with the bargain I received and the salesmen that assisted me, Zach, Jonathan, Tyler (the desk manager and Paul the finance manager were so patient and laid back with me. Salesmen are typically nice until it’s time to talk money but this was not the case. This team was friendly and not pushy at all throughout the whole interaction. If you want a great experience buying a car you will not be disappointed with the team at Southwest Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep in Cleburne. These guys are awesome.

  Great customer service! They gave us a great price! Had us in and out of there within a couple hours AND helped us find a ball hitch we couldn’t find anywhere else . Highly recommend Jensen and Mike.

  Even though I was unable to make a deal, the experience was great. Anastasia was my salesperson and, even though she’s new, she’s awesome. I’m sure she’s going to do great! She was very patient and showed me a few vehicles! Tyler was the manager I dealt with. He was also great. He broke things down to me and made things make sense. I never felt pressured or pushed. I will definitely come see them again once I’m ready!
