  We recently signed our first ever lease. Normally we buy and wanted to giving leasing a try. Kyle W was fantastic to work with, wasn't pushy and he answered all my questions. The majority of everything was done through texting (which is what I preferred) and online. He had everything ready when I arrived and I was only on-site about 25 minutes total. He explained the setting in my brand new F-150 and I was on my way. It's exactly how I wanted things to go. In & out! So far everything is going smoothly and at this rate I will be back in a few years to lease again! It was worth the drive from Fowlerville, MI to work with Kyle and Spirit Ford! The Ford F-150 XLT is nice too! It rides smooth, it's comfortable and the gas mileage is decent for a full size pick up truck. Better than I expected!

  I recently purchased a 2026 Ford Mustang and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. My salesman, Jay Hinson, was great to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident about my decision. The 2026 Mustang itself is an amazing car, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care that went into making this purchase such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back when my lease is up and would highly recommend Jay Hinson to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

  I took my 2023 Bronco, which I purchased from this dealership, in for a recall along with two warning lights. Since I live in Ohio and this is my only mode of transportation, I made it clear that I needed my vehicle back as soon as possible. I was initially told by Garrett that it would take about two days to diagnose and repair the issue, yet my vehicle sat in the parking lot for four days before anyone even looked at it. Also, when I purchased the Bronco, the general manager assured me that if I ever needed service, they would “take care of me” and provide a loaner vehicle because of the distance I travel. However, when I asked about a loaner or rental, I was told there was over a month-long wait. Despite the promises made at the time of purchase, I was ultimately left without transportation for over a week. Communication throughout the process was also very poor. I had to call multiple times just to get updates. The only reason I am not leaving a 1-star review is because Stephanie was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of customer service that was promised when I purchased the vehicle, and because of that, I will not be returning to this service department and taking my business elsewhere.

  I had an outstanding experience at Spirit Ford in Dundee, Michigan! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and truly focused on making the process easy and stress-free. Kierra was absolutely amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. I Leased a 2025 Mustang Mach-E, and she made sure I understood all the features, answered every question I had, and walked me through everything step by step. There was zero pressure — just honest guidance and great customer service. The entire buying process was smooth and efficient, from test drive to paperwork. Kierra made sure my Mach-E was spotless and ready to go, and she even took the time to help me get everything set up before I left the lot. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you right and a salesperson who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Spirit Ford — and definitely ask for Kierra. I couldn’t be happier with my new Mach-E and the experience I had!

  My husband I took a chance and went to this dealer and we were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very friendly accommodating (Gail ) was very knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision on the car we were looking at! Also the owner was there and came by to talk and was very friendly. I honestly hate buying cars but today was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back! Thank you for making the car buying experience fast and easy!
