  So far so good. Had a little DEf issue but it is taken care of right away. Love the truck. They went above and beyond to find me the truck I wanted and got it delivered same day. What a great deal and a great team. Sales man was fantastic and so was the finance team. Will buy from here again.

  First, I have to thank Dave and Joe for their work of getting my car financed. In that area, I'm very grateful. They were friendly and courteous and made sure I was happy with my purchases. However, my insurance company cancelled the insurance, because it was obtained by using their computer so I had to re-do the whole thing over again. That caused me to overdraft on my bank account. I had to use 2 resources to pay my full coverage insurance and be able to survive, as I have a fixed income. Meanwhile, my account is still a mess. Right after that, my car was broken into and I had to replace a window...more money I didn't have. I'm VERY upset over this. One more thing....because of ALL of this I haven't been able to get my plates. This was my first time getting a car from a dealership. I was unaware I had the option of including my plates in the financing. Not happy........

  Awesome Out-of-State buying Experience! Searched entire country and found my DREAM Car at St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! What an amazing experience starting with my sales rep Antionette Porter and finance manager David Le. The entire process was smooth and in some ways easier than placing a Walmart Delivery order! The entire process was handled so well, when I went to my local DMV in Nebraska, the Title Clerk stated, "Wow! It's not everyday we receive such a through registration package. Huge thank you to both Antionette and David, thanks to your hard work I received a great deal, amazing service, and car that I am LOVING everytime I hit the road. Will ABSOLUTELY BUY another car from them!

  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at St. Louis CDJR. Renell Couzart was our salesperson and I can tell you he was completely up front the whole time about everything and did all he could to make me happy. I was buying a car for my wife's birthday and he and the whole team helped make it a great experience for her as well. Getting to work with David Le the finance guy was a blessing in and of it self, he was able to present me with ideas and things to help make my deal the best for me and presented things I didn't even think of to help me. Joe Falato the General sales manager was outstanding as well, you can tell this guy not only knows people but cares about people. While doing everything else, he was repeatedly waiting in the wings watching over all the moving parts of my deal. After getting my new Dodge Durango GT, I had to go back up there because I left something in the vehicle I traded and a gentleman named Eric (whose last name I didn't catch) did everything he could to try to help me find my missing items. Searched the whole lot, then when he found the car, he brought it to the front and then after I couldn't find my things he search the whole place trying to help me. I could go on more about the smaller details but all I can tell you is that these people are gonna do what it takes to make sure you're taking care of. The thing that I left with that was more valuable than that car was knowing if I had a place, I could go back to when and if I need and friendship with Renell that has already extended beyond our initial encounter.   Most annoying car dealership I’ve ever encountered. I inquired about a vehicle and said I would be interested in seeing the interior of the car. And since then I get called darn near 5 times a day and sometimes as early as 7am. I told them I was not interested in the vehicle as it wasn’t what I wanted and no longer interested. I told them none of the vehicles in the lot they currently have fit the Description I am looking for. Also, the truck I inquired of, I get sent a video of it dirty with at least 2 floss picks laying around on the floor. Dealer can’t at least clean it before sending a video? Absolutely ridiculous! Lose my number!
