  From the moment I called service I didn't feel like just a number! I purchased a new Ram on a Monday (from another dealer) and got a check engine light on Thursday. Johnny went above and beyond by getting me in and out! They had a rental available (thank you Norma), which allowed me to continue on with my day. Added bonus my vehicle got fixed the same day! Smooth process and friendly staff! Great job!

  Was very satisfied with the customer service that Steve Shepherd provided me in trading in my truck. He did whatever it took to make sure I would be able to get into a brand new Ram 2500. Thank yall for all that you did in providing a very personable and professional experience.

  Every time I go for maintenance, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel like I’m being pressured to purchase more than what is needed. There are drinks and snacks available while you wait and you get checked in on often to make sure you’re comfortable and to give you updates. Jennifer is always wonderful as well as all of the maintenance guys!

  They fixed my A/C, afterwards my heat and defrost didn't work. They said the part to fix that was unavailable, so I'd have to deal with it. I found that out after they sat on the car for over a week. Not the worst problem to have, but still... I'd like to not have new problems when my car gets back to me. I understand I have an earlier model vehicle but there could have been a better way of going about this.

  Nate, my salesman was extremely patient and worked with me. If you are in need of a vehicle I highly recommend visiting this location. Nate, was able to allow me time to decide on which model jeep to pick as I had two in mind. I LOVE the one I picked and made the decision on. He was not the usual pushy salesman which helped ALOT.
