  The Service Team at Star are top notch. Easy to schedule and always ready to meet me when I arrive. Plus their shuttle service is a handy option, since I usually book appointments during the lunch hour, so their shuttle service takes me to a lunch spot and returns an hour later to pick me up and deliver me back to the.dealership. The waiting area is nice and comes with drink and snacks and a television if you desire. Pricing is very competitive on services like oil changes and tire rotations, so why go anywhere else. They are a 10 all the way around!

  I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tony Rodriquez at Star Hyundai yesterday. He had the car I've always wanted and he worked with me until I was able to drive it off the lot. Tony is professional and personable, I feel like I made a friend. Thanks for your patients and willingness to negotiate.

  I brought my 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport (63,000 miles) to this dealership after it suddenly stopped accelerating on the highway, which was obviously pretty alarming. Within about a week, they told me the transmission had an internal clutch actuator failure and needed to be completely replaced. I was quoted around $5,000–$6,000. They also offered me $3,000 for the car as a trade-in. Since I’m not the original owner, I was told it wouldn’t be covered under Hyundai’s 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty. I decided to get a second opinion and had the car towed to a local transmission shop. Right before it left, the dealership suddenly gave me a new estimate that was about $3,000 higher than the original quote. So basically, the cost increase wiped out the value of the trade-in they had just offered. That didn’t sit right with me at all. After a few weeks at the transmission shop, I got a completely different answer. The actuators were working fine—the real issue was a failed bearing that had taken out part of the dual clutch system. Total cost to fix it: about $3,400. No full transmission replacement needed. Do what you want with that information, but I’d strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you’re quoted a major repair here—especially if your car isn’t under warranty.

  I wanted a specific Hyundai palisade calligraphy. Placed a deposit on a beautiful car, blue/brown interior 2026. It was seamless until the "stop sale." Kori kept me informed while they fixed the recalls, and they executed the sale seamlessly as soon as they received the go-ahead from corporate.
