“I went in for the second year regular maintenance for my Maserati Grecale. The car has only 15k on it. The communication was very good and their service advisor Zella was really customer focused and she was really good in terms of communication and getting back to me when i texted or called. They deserve 5 start in that department. I believe 3 areas of which they need to improve 1. The speed of service is very slow a regular servicing without any major thing took them a full day vs my experience at Volvo and BMW which is - 1 hour. 2. There is no loaner vehicle especially when the time is so long where as the Volvo/ BMW will have those for you. 3. The technician who did my oil change overfilled the oil and i saw online that there is certain process to follow( like heating up the engine for certain amount of time) which was clearly not followed. I took back my car and they drained some oil. It took 2 days for the warning to go, not sure if the sensor had liquid on it and it took sometime to dry it up. The problem is looks like this can cause severe damage to the engine and catalytic converter as per Maserati. When we take to the dealer and spend more than 1200 USD there has to be better quality control otherwise it doesn't make sense.”
