“The valve stem cap was left off during the service. It’s not a big deal, but it should be replaced. I also recommend recording the service from start to finish. The blinds were closed earlier, so I couldn’t see what was being done, and I’m not sure whether the tire rotation was actually performed. They did send a video, but it was only a 5-second clip just showing that the work was done. It doesn’t really confirm the tire rotation or show the actual process in detail.”
