  The valve stem cap was left off during the service. It’s not a big deal, but it should be replaced. I also recommend recording the service from start to finish. The blinds were closed earlier, so I couldn’t see what was being done, and I’m not sure whether the tire rotation was actually performed. They did send a video, but it was only a 5-second clip just showing that the work was done. It doesn’t really confirm the tire rotation or show the actual process in detail.

  I bought a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer on Saturday from State Line Chrysler. The customer service was awesome I must say. Brandon was my sales guy and he was awesome. Keep up the good work young man

  I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by the manager who helped guide me into the right car, Julian Gray. From the very beginning, Julian was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive to my needs, taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for rather than rushing the process. His knowledge was impressive, as he was able to clearly explain every detail, answer all of my questions with confidence, and offer honest advice that made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire experience. Julian made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable by being professional, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping me make the best choice. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers, and I am extremely grateful for his guidance and support. Because of Julian Gray’s expertise and dedication, I left feeling confident, satisfied, and very happy with my decision.

  Matthew was who I worked with in the service department. He was great to work with and provided daily updates on progress. In addition, the woman who answered my call, I believe Tatiana is her name, was absolutely spectacular! I’m sure she deals with customers that are very frustrated or upset regularly. The service she provided to me, with such a genuine concern and soft-spoken listening mindset was nothing short of phenomenal! Kudos to those two!!!

  I went to the service department unplanned, and surprisingly the team was able to fit my schedule the same day! I was first greeted at the door, followed by doors politely opened for me. iI was able to complete my workday from their accommodative waiting area and all communication was great! As a Customer Service manager myself, I can honestly say I was impressed. I may not have purchased my old Jeep from here, but if it should ever need replaced with a newer one, I will shop here first. Service is everything. Thank you for doing it right!
