  Kia of Fort Walton Beach took great care of my son during his first car purchase, and I want to especially recognize Matt. He was clear, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process.   My husband and I each purchased a new Kia Carnival van and we absolutely love them. The buying experience was simple and easy, and wasn’t overwhelming and frustrating like it can be sometimes when buying a car. Our salesman Mason was awesome. He was patient and not too pushy like some salesmen can be. He took his time with us and showed us different options of the vans that were available. We feel like Caleb negotiated a fair price with us and we would definitely buy from them again in the future.

  I spoke with Matt and had an amazing experience buying my first new car (I usually stick to used cars)! I absolutely love my Kia K5 GT-Line!! I was torn between the white pearl and the matte gray, and Matt walked me through the pros and cons of each and worked with me until I felt confident in my decision. I visited other dealerships before Kia, but this team was the only one that truly listened and delivered everything I wanted in a car while staying within my budget. Matt and the rest of the team were genuine and straightforward, which made the entire car-buying process far less complicated and stressful. I also worked with Connor on financing, even though I came in with a pre-approved loan. Their team was still able to find additional discounts that helped me stay within my budget. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!

  We had such a great experience with Matt at Step One Kia! My husband and I recently upgraded to a new Kia Sportage, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process.   Recently purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride. From initial call all the way through the purchase it was a very pleasant experience. They were up front with pricing, let us look at the vehicle without any pressure and test drive it at our leisure. It was a great experience overall and they have definitely earned a repeat customer.
