Shoutout to Jeff for helping us choose the right van for our new locksmith company's fleet. We're very happy with our choice to go with Dodge Ram and their ProMaster series - there's really no comparison in quality for the price point. Pro tip: If you catch Jeff at the end of the year, he'll give you a great deal!

Our Cherokee was in service at another dealership for 4 months waiting on the dreaded 01C recall to replace a defective PTU. It sat outside for 4 months in Denver winter and I told the dealership to make sure the battery isn’t dead before shipping it to me. (We live in a motorhome full time, the jeep broke down away from home, we had to drive the motorhome south because of winter). After replacing the PTU our jeep arrived to us with a dead battery. We charged it and drove a few hundred more miles. When we arrived at Zion NP on Monday, the jeep was dead and neither we, nor AAA could jump it. They towed it from Zion to Stephen Wade and I received a text the next morning with a quote for almost $750 to change the battery. That’s a hard no, so we packed up the motorhome and drove to St. George. Bought a battery from Costco for $120 and then drove over and installed it myself. It took me less than 10 minutes with a single tool. The jeep started and when I went to check out the bill was $220. I didn’t even approve the $185. Then they threw in some bogus fees and tax and told me it was $220. Apparently the multi-point inspection they did when they updated the software for the open recall 01C (the other dealership shipped it before the update was released) doesn’t cover testing a known dead battery and that is $220 extra. Of course I paid them, you can’t drive your jeep home until you pay them in full. I’m a disabled vet on a fixed income, almost $900 inc tax and fees to change a battery is nothing short of grifting. They also told me they have 5-6 cherokees that have been waiting up to 8 months for PTUs and they aren’t covered under the recall, just a software update, so if you go there with any PTU issues, call the Stellantis recall number immediately. We didn’t have to pay $5k out of pocket, and they even cover a rental car. The dealership didn’t tell us any of that, we had to call the corporate number to find out. I’ll call them again today to see if I was supposed to b

Wife and I went in to look at their z06. We were helped by Brent. Great guy! Very helpful and knowledgeable of the cars. Even though we didn't buy it (yet) we felt it was a great overall interaction. Low pressure, Brent was very understanding and it felt like he was working to help us in a way that was overall best for us.

Ryan was awesome to work with! He didn’t give up and found us the Jeep with all of our preferences. He even delivered it to our door after it arrived from a partner dealer in AZ. Thanks, Ryan!

I've just had such a terrible experience with their service department. They will schedule you for an appointment, but not actually look at it until the next day. Their prices are significantly higher, and their parts are overinflated (keep in mind that the associate tried to convince me they are the same as anywhere else). You can look up the same Mopar parts from another dealer for half the cost. I just cannot say how much I hate taking my Jeep in to visit these guys, but it feels like I have to because they are the only ones that can update software and firmware on my computer. It feels like a hostage situation.
