  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Tanner enough! From the moment I started looking for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, he went above and beyond to make the entire buying process smooth, stress free, and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I found the right vehicle, and never made me feel pressured. What really sets Tanner apart is that his customer service didn’t end when I drove off the lot. He still checks in to make sure everything is going well, and anytime I need maintenance or service, he takes care of getting everything lined up for me.   Tanner was a young but great salesmen overall. He answered every question I had while still keeping my budget and other variables in mind. At the end of the day we closed on a deal that I felt benefited not only me but him, and the dealership as a whole. Sterling will be the #1 dealership I recommend to anyone and Tanner will be the #1 salesmen I recommend at the dealership. Overall great experience and I will be buying all my future vehicles form Sterling.

  We are extremely pleased with our 2026 Ram 1500 that we purchased at Sterling in Opelousas, LA. Our Salesman was Brooks Angelle. He truly was fantastic. We shopped four dealerships and We received the absolute best customer service before, during and after the sale. Hats off to Brooks for working so hard to sell us our new RAM! 🐏

  Had a Very bad experience, traded in my vehicle a month ago and it never got paid off. Had to pay my old vehicles monthly payment due to it being late and receiving a late payment charge even though it was not in my possession. As if that wasn’t enough my new vehicle payment is due in 4 days and my supposed lien holder has no record of me having a vehicle financed through them so now who do I pay it to? Am I going to have to deal with another late payment because of you all ? I’ve never had a late payment in my life and this is very disappointing. I’ve bought over 10 new vehicles and never had this issue they pay off my trade in right away. Finance is no help they never pick up the phone or return calls. They transfer me to all the departments and none of them know what to do or don’t pick up. Not happy at all and will never purchase from this dealer again.

  Transmission went out in my van. They had it for 3 weeks. They charged me for diagnosing it and then didn’t do anything. Lots of phone tag telling me they could order one and two different answers on how much it cost. They didn’t even bother to do the recalls. I took it to another ram dealer and it was covered under warranty. 0 out of 10 stars. Do not recommend.
