  Steve Schmitt Chevrolet is the real deal. My daughter needed a new car, but wanted to test a few models. Emaly was welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. We took two test drives and then hammered out the details. Our only time delay was lunch breaks. Not withstanding,we finished the entire affair in a very timely manner. Brian and the financial team were pretty efficient and very friendly. Thanks to the Steve Schmitt team for making my daughters first new car experience possible and enjoyable

  When I walked in to the dealership and introduced myself to Emaly Snover, I told her what I was looking for. The dealership didn’t have the color I wanted on that lot, but there other dealership about an hour away had it. Emaly sprang into action and started the process of transferring the truck to the local dealership. The next morning I was looking at the website and noticed the other dealership received another truck of a different color that I liked better. I called Emaly first thing when they opened and asked to switch vehicles due to color. She said no problem and the truck was at the dealership a couple hours later. The sales manager was very easy to deal with and the finance guy was very nice and explained everything and answered all questions.

  My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our vehicle. Our salesman listened to our needs and wants. He understood I wanted a very straight forward transaction with transparency. We picked a perfect vehicle with his support and the transaction was very straightforward and efficient. Our time was respected and every employee we worked with was very professional.

  We were long time customers of our Chevrolet dealer in our town but they recently closed permanently. We went to our next closest dealership which was Steve Schmitt in Highland. They won us over the very first visit with their customer service. The waiting area is very nice and the added bonus of having a private office area to use while waiting was perfect for me to get some work done while I waited. Highly recommend this dealership.
