  Avoid this dealership at any cost!! Scammers!!! I went to this dealership to buy a Tesla model Y. The car is in great condition. When I get there, they added up unnecessary warranty & protection which makes the cost higher. After I declined the warranty they were not willing to remove the warranty. I ended up left the dealership without buying a car. After 15 min, I received a call & have Been told they agreed to remove the warranty and I made the deal special thanks to Brian, Randy & harminder. They are really helpful. After I purchased the car they give a temporary registration & license plate which is not matched on the paper. After I informed the issue they are not willing to help me & their manager came told me he is going to cancel my purchase. He is the most unprofessional, rude & disrespectful person I have ever seen in my life. I uploaded the registration on my uber account and the system identified as unmatched & expired registration due to the discrepancy occurred on actual plate &registration. They are not willing to admit their mistakes & find solution. I am not surprised at all because they have the worst manager in the world but have few nice employees which is not deserved to work there. Avoid them please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I've been in the market for a used vehicle for quite some time. As you know, searching for a used vehicle is tedious. When you find a used vehicle that you like, you have to go test drive and see how it feels. I finally came across a used 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. Just a little over 15,000 miles. Basically new. My wife and I decided to travel into San Jose this past Saturday the 21st, of Feb. I called the dealership before we decided to leave and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Harminder, a salesman with Stevens Creek, Nissan. I explained that I was interested in the used Subaru Crosstrek, they had for sale. He explained that it was still available and he would be waiting to help me when I arrived. When we arrived, we met up with Harminder. He led us to the Subaru, and we decided to go on a test drive. The entire time we were there, Harminder was very pleasant, he explained clearly all that needed to be done. I can say honestly that Harminder was in fact, the politest Salesman at a dealership that I have ever encountered. So, for anyone out there looking for a used vehicle or a new vehicle, please search out Harminder at Stevens Creek Nissan in San Jose. Thank you again Harminder, for the help.

  Omar is truly a gem. I recently sold my Subaru WRX at this location after checking with several other dealerships. I knew my car was in great condition, but no one else offered a fair sell-off price. Omar, however, provided an exceptional offer and made the entire experience smooth and professional. I truly appreciate his honesty and transparency.

  I recently worked and had a booked appointment with Amir K. on a trade-in of my vehicle after being referred to the Dealership by a friend. In working with Amir, I had nothing but a positive experience with him and would highly recommend this dealership in buying a new or used vehicle. In my time waiting at the dealership, I was greeted by all sales professionals on the floor with a warm smile and positive attitudes of the service members. Highly recommend!

  Working with Omar at Stevens Creek Nissan was one of the most pleasant experience ever! Omar was super knowledgeable, friendly, honest, professional and helpful in getting the best deal for a car I was selling. Oftentimes, selling or buying a vehicle is a game of frustration. It was anything but with Omar who took the time to explain the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Omar to anyone looking to sell their vehicles. He is, bar none, a great resource.
