  I purchased a new Jeep from Stone’s. Kelten was the salesman who helped me with my purchase. He was excellent from showing me all features of the car to helping me set up all the apps and making sure the Jeep was set up just how I wanted it. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. When i am ready to purchase another vehicle, i will definitely be asking for Kelten as my salesman.

  We were stranded 2500 miles from home on the 4th off July. Had the truck towed to Stone’s. Spoke with Ben first thing Monday and told him my situation and how we had to leave with our 5th wheel In two days They slipped me in and got me fixed up and out the door the next day. They were also able to do the safety recall I’ve been trying to get done at seven other dealerships who didn’t have the part, who told me I need to wait until I got back home. We had tried dealerships at our stops along the way and weren’t able to get the recall done. Their service and courtesy were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

  Excellent customer service by the service department staff. Fast, friendly and courteous. Rare at dealerships these days. The service was for a safety recall on my RAM 3500. I had been looking for a dealership with the part for five months. Finally with the help of FCM the part was located and this dealership was kind enough to reserve and hold the part for me for three weeks, until I arrived in the area. 5 Stars for all!

  I recently purchased a car at Stone’s in Rexburg. I was highly impressed with how smoothly and quickly the process went. Kelton listened to what I wanted (type of car, color, price, etc.) and showed me just that. He didn’t try to convince me to buy a fancier model or a larger/more expensive vehicle, nor did he try to sell me a car that was obviously trying to be moved off the lot. When it came time for filling out the paperwork I was offered additional add-ons but not pressured into buying/paying for things I didn’t feel I needed. I was listened to, not bullied, which I highly appreciated. My car buying experience was quicker and way more pleasant than the last time I bought a car. I am 100% happy with my new car and recommend going to Stone’s when you need a new vehicle!
