  When i set out to visit Subaru of Las Vegas, my only intention was to visit this dealership to test drive the Hybrid Forester. But based on my driving habits, Bernadette (Bernz) recommended that I try the electric Solterra. I fell in love with the Solterra at first sight and the ride is as smooth as my old Cadillac. I was hoping that I could get a deal on it as well as tradein my Cadillac XT5. After having subpar experience at other dealerships in the past, I was dreading the car purchase experience. However, Bernadette explained that she didn't work on commission so she would not pressure me into a purchase. I really appreciate this sales model as I found the entire sales staff of Subaru of Las Vegas was friendly and courteous. In fact, both the saleswoman and manager tried to find rebates that I qualified for on my purchase so I could receive the best deal. As a veteran, I was able to receive an additional rebate so I filed for it at the dealership before I completed my purchase. I really appreciate this excellent service. It went so smoothly and i felt welcomed and appreciated. I hope that I have a good 8 years with my Solterra and the maintenance department as I am looking forward to becoming a member of the Subaru family and loyalty club.

  Me and my wife had an amazing time there picked up one Wonderful car the staff was very friendly and helpful non-pushy, which was another plus for me. They helped explain everything and break everything down for us helped us to show that the options and gave us the choice of buying the car or waiting but from the amazing job that the staff did and the amazing car that you guys were offering, we couldn’t turn it down so thank you we love the car and the staff especially Hamid I couldn’t ask for a better self representative

  Upon entering Subaru Las Vegas, we were welcomed by a sense of small-town camaraderie, a delightful surprise given the dealership’s size. Our purchase advisor, Mike Nelson, transformed the trade-in and acquisition of our 2026 Outback into an extraordinary experience. His warm demeanor and genuine care ensured the process felt personal and tailored to us. As newcomers from a small Midwest town, we appreciated the "small-town" warmth throughout. The selection of extended warranties was impressive and clearly presented, giving us a sense of security without upsell pressure. Brittan, the Finance and Insurance officer, made the financial paperwork easy to navigate. We also met Angel, one of the Express Service Advisors. Mike showed us around the service department, easing our concerns about future visits and making us feel prepared. As we finalized our purchase, Daniel explained our new vehicle, helped set up our phones, and walked us through its safety features, enhancing our confidence as we prepared to hit the road. Later on, we had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Burton Hughes, who graciously took the time to chat with us. As we spoke, it felt like conversing with family, sharing experiences in a warm atmosphere. As we wrapped up our visit, Burton prayed with us—an incredible way to kick off our journey with Las Vegas Subaru. His heartfelt hospitality made us feel truly valued. By the time we left, we hadn’t just bought a car—we had become part of the Subaru family.
