Update: after getting the vehicle home, I found that the top radiator mount bolts had been snapped off. The radiator basically floating in place and being held in place by the radiatorhose. Not a good look for a $1500 repair. If I'm paying dealership labor rates, I expect certified workmanship. Several trim buttons missing from cover over radiator as well. Took daughters 2011 Subaru in due to over heating. Purchased this vehicle through another dealership 4 years ago with nothing but problems. Had to replace the heads several weeks after purchase (costly repair). Vehicle started over heating again after 12,000 miles. Came into dealership and they advised prior owner replaced radiator with aftermarket parts causing issue. New OEM radiator and hoses installed. So far everything is maintaining. Brock with the service department has been great to deal with so far. They did provide a loaner vehicle.
