  We had such a great experience at Subaru of Puyallup! From start to finish, we felt genuinely welcomed and never once pressured, which made the entire process so comfortable. We especially want to give a huge shoutout to Edgar, Carmen, Brian, and Pablo — they were all incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. You can truly tell how much they care about their customers and the level of service they provide. There’s a reason this dealership is considered one of the best around. The entire team made such a positive impression on us. The Hebert family truly appreciates everything, and we will absolutely make the trip to do business with them again in the future!

  It’s rare in my experience to say I had a good day at the dealership buying a car. Even with a long drive on a holiday weekend I had what I consider my best experience ever. My salesman , John Powers immediately placed the car on hold which eliminated the nagging fear of it being sold before I could get there. “Genuine” is how I would describe the staff. It was well worth the trip in my humble opinion and will recommend them highly at every opportunity. Thanks again everyone!

  I took my Crosstrek in for service and was thinking about trading it in for an Outback. While my vehicle was being serviced I was out wandering the lot. I met Diego from Sales. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable regarding the Subaru’s available and the features of each one. I decline a test drive because my significant other was not present. We came back the following Saturday and looked at 3 different Outback’s. We took a test drive and traded in for a newer Subaru. Diego was low pressure and easy to work with. This is our 3rd Subaru from Subaru of Puyallup. We highly recommend them and Diego!!

  We had a good and very quick experience trading our Subaru. Everyone was very professional and did not pressure us to get into a deal we didn’t want. We were able to do most of the work via text so when we got to the dealer it went smoothly. Nolan is a good representative for the brand. I recommend doing your homework before going to the dealer it saves everyone a lot of time.

  My experience at Subaru of Puyallup was great, i was helping my grandparents shop for a car. I called in and let them know what i was doing, & what i was looking for. Most dealers push against this kind of scenario, Brian Walker (sales manager) was very welcoming and introduced me to Jordan Avery (my sales person). They helped us find the perfect car for my grandparents and we came to an agreement very smoothly. Again the big thing for me was making sure my grandparents weren’t taken advantage of, & not once did i get that feeling with Subaru of Puyallup . I can honestly say, you can trust this dealer with your grandparents. Mac in finance was also great. He answered all of our questions and made sure my grandparents felt secure with their purchase.
