  My experience was ok. My trade in was valued at what I hoped it would be, I paid cash for the remainder so a little less paperwork. This is my second purchase from Summit and the reason I came back was because of my first experience, my second experience wouldn’t make me come back a third time. Logan was my sales person and he was pleasant & professional, but noticeably absent when I finished the paperwork and I never heard from him again. David decided it was ok to share his opinion with me that he didn’t understand why I would trade in a Chevrolet for a Dodge, so that felt a little strange IMO. I guess it felt rushed at the end, maybe Summit was really busy at 9:30am on a Friday. No one walked me to the car, no pictures were taken like I see with other customers. They were in such a hurry to get me out of there they left a yellow The Club in the backseat of the car, I guess I was lucky they took it off the steering wheel. The experience wasn’t necessarily unpleasant, but it wasn’t special. They had the car I wanted, gave me a fair trade in value, I wrote a check for remainder (which I guess Summit doesn’t like because it takes 10 days to clear as we were told), and we left. Again, it was ok.

  Thanks very much to Jesse for helping us with our purchase. He is very responsive and helpful! And also we'd like to give a huge shout out to the videographer who does an amazing job at Summit. Made our decision to drive down from the Fox Valley easier because of the quality of the videos and the content. Thank you!

  Buying a vehicle new or used has changed. The days of Eugene Levy in a poorly matched leisure suit selling Clark the Family Truckster are gone. Being a Gen Xer and remembering life before the intraweb and cell phones makes me a seasoned veteran of purchasing a vehicle. Now with online capabilities I found myself able to “inspect” a vehicle from the comfort of my home. That was the moment that all other dealers took a back seat. Summit and their walkthrough videos of their vehicles was something I’ve never encountered. It resulted in a phone call, an appointment being scheduled and all within a 5min talk. 1.5 hour drive led us to the Fond du Lac dealership. Mason was our truck concierge. 3 trucks were presented all warmed and running on a cold December night. After test drives and now getting close to their closing time on a Friday night, a selection was made. Mason was relaxed and not hurriedly trying to close the deal. As our end was in order, Mason confirmed everything was going to be good on their end. Saturday midday the very next day in under 1 hour, I was heading back South in our purchase. I cannot say enough about the quality, commitment, and dedication that is a standard at Summit. Buying vehicles for 40+ years, my next 40 I will be checking with Summit first for any future purchases. Thank you Mason, Dave, and the entire Summit Automotive team (especially the video guy!)   Poor alarm instal. Ashock sensor hanging off a wire not attached to the car. Broke my glove box and put two scuffs on my door panel. And when I said something about it, they vandalized the rear of my car taillight. One of the remote key fobs, what's not programmed, which makes me think they programmed one and kept it. All the alarm wiring was not covered and looked obvious that it was alarm wires making it easy for a thief to disable. Did not install proximity sensor that I requested. Went over to the see my car and get my vin number off my windshield and lee was having a breakdown on the phone screaming and raging, as I was on the phone with the dealer how embarrassing.

  Loved it. It was awesome working with Brian P. Very thankful and appreciative for working with me helping me find the right deal and fit thank you very much and highly recommend to anybody else. Also highly recommend going with the ceramic coating as well Zurich ceramic protective coating. It's honestly everything Id wish for an more.
