  So I was not really thinking I was going to end up getting a truck today because my credit is not great, let's be honest is not even good. Didn't even cleaned out my trade in because I thought it was going to be a huge no. Rudy(salesperson) helped me out and was so helpful throughout the process. Yes it took a long time because I wasn't prepared, nothing to do with the dealership or the finance team. Once I got all the paperwork they needed they had 3 options for payment and an offer for my trade in 6k more than what casa Ford was trying to give me. They took off 7k from window sticker because of a sale they have going on and even gave me a military discount on top of it. They worked hard to keep me around the monthly payment I wanted. Believe me, I'm a risk on paper but they worked some magic and got a bank to finance me. Trust me I understand this is not the way to go about buying a vehicle because the interest is astronomical but when you are limited in options I'm just glad that this dealership made it possible with a great price and with a higher trade in value. Will refinance within the year and end up with an even lower payment. Rudy, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

  Very quick and efficient service. Went in to have a part replaced on my jeep. They didn't have the part on hand but were able to get it the very next day. When I went back the 2nd day they had me in and out in less than 2 hours. Saul was great at keeping me up to date with and worked with my warranty company. Super easy and super smooth. I will definitely return. Thank you!

  My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle here. We worked with Josh and he did a great job. He listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect vehicle for us. It’s exactly the experience we were hoping for: customized service for our needs and no pressure. The quality of the service and the vehicle is what locked in the sale. Salamon worked with us as the sales manager and was willing to listen to our needs. Excellent experience all the way around 👍

  My credit is at a fair/poor rating, and I go thinking that I’m going to be declined again trying for a new truck. Then I met with Lee Reyes, who did everything in his power and the finance team to get me a great deal on a new dodge ram. I’m still in shock til this day but, I’m very grateful for them helping me and my family. Thank you so much for everything

  Went to get my car checked out and they charged nowhere near a reasonable price. Also when I picked up my car after denying the services, my car wasn’t starting and it was perfectly fine before never had any issues. They also lack in communication whenever you have any questions they don’t answer. Be careful when going to the services department for Dodge vehicles.
