  We had an amazing experience working with Corey! We couldn’t be happier! Car shopping with kids can be stressful, but he went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable. He truly listened to what we needed, helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family, and worked hard to get us a great deal. We are so thankful for his kindness, patience, and genuine care.   I had an excellent experience at Superior Dodge in Conway when purchasing my 2023 Lexus IS350. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They made the entire process smooth and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The vehicle was exactly as described — clean, well-maintained, and in outstanding condition. They were transparent about pricing, answered all my questions thoroughly, and worked with me to make sure I felt confident in my decision. The paperwork process was efficient and stress-free, which made the experience even better. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the staff at Superior Dodge made it feel easy and comfortable. I drove away in my IS350 feeling excited and taken care of.   Awful place. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue. This car has a damaged driver's seat that was not disclosed. They overcharged me 400 dollars that I caught and forced them to refund. The floor mats were missing; the 2nd key is missing. They drove this car with a disassembled air induction that was just lying on the engine and was missing the air filter. Can you imagine being so incompetent that you would drive this vehicle around with an open, unfiltered duct sucking air from the engine compartment? I found this situation the following day of purchase, upon inspecting the car. What kind of dealership would allow this to happen? And then you sell it to an unsuspecting person thinking they are buying a premium vehicle from a competent dealership? They were selling this 9-year-old car for over $15,000. The salesman said, "maybe if you had paid full price, we could do something for you" The absolute gall to tell a loyal customer that. Tell your friends about my experience so they will not be victims of this clown show.

  We had an amazing experience with Josh and Pablo! Josh took the time to answer every single question we had and was extremely patient throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that he wasn’t your typical salesman just trying to sell the first thing on the lot. Josh genuinely listened to our needs and helped us find what truly fit our necessities. We never felt pressured, and he made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Pablo also helped us through the financing process and made everything smooth and easy to understand. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. We truly appreciate the great customer service we received and will definitely come back in the future - hopefully they’ll both still be there when we do!

  Jaheim got me hooked up quick and easy with my new 2026 Charger, I highly recommend working with this guy! Great business, they gave me fair market value on my trade in, got us in and out timely and most importantly were absolutely hassle free. We knew what we were after and they didn’t try to push all the extra crud you typically come to expect when dealing with a dealership.
