  I really recommend Symdon as a maintenence, repair and buyer for my Jeep Gladiator. I purchased my vehicle from another dealer, but encountered many issues when it came to repairs. Tracing electronic issues in vehicles is a daunting task and Symdon's repair shop not only took it on, they knocked it out of the ball park. They kept the cost unbelievably low and fixed the problem. Anytime I had an issue, they handled it fabulously. When it came time to sell the vehicle due to a move out of the country, they also were amazing. They gave me a more than fair deal and even housed the vehicle for me for a couple of months while I cleared the title and got paperwork settled. Five out of five stars.

  This is my second vehicle I bought from Aaron. He’s very personable and responds quickly. He got everything done ahead of time over the phone so when I got there to pick up my vehicle I was in and out in an hour and just had to finalize and sign paperwork. I’m in love with my new jeep! Highly recommend asking for Aaron for your next vehicle purchase!

  Let me tell you all what a great experience this was for us! Due yourself a favor and take the drive to this dealership, you won’t be disappointed, I promise! Aaron listened to our needs, had a couple of great options for us and we did the deal in a very short time! Bob took care of the financing, and we picked it up in with the paperwork in one of the shortest time frame I have ever had! From the beginning, you felt like you were with friends, the small town feel is there and it feels like a Norman Rockwell moment with two of the most honest people I have ever met. When it’s time to trade in, we will be going back for sure! A great experience with great people, there is nothing like it out there.   Had a great buying experience at Symdon Jeep in New Glarus for our Jeep Wrangler purchase. We have never owned a Jeep before but wanted a Wrangler to tow behind our motorhome. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure. He found us a jeep that fit our needs at a fair price. Mick, the service manager, went over the jeep and addressed several minor issues and gave us peace of mind. Both of them were easy to work with and took great care of us. Bob was very organized with all the paperwork making it an easy process. Aaron is clearly the best salesman we have purchased a car from this year, on par with other buying experiences we have had. This is a hidden gem in New Glarus and worth the drive for a new or used car.
