  We purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco. The price of the Bronco was negotiated over text message. On the day of delivery, we drove from Nampa to Blackfoot and spent about an hour at the dealer. While completing the paperwork, the finance department had the price 2000 higher than originally negotiated. I pointed out the price issue and showed the text messages. The price was promptly fixed and the original deal was honored. Highly recommend this dealer for the excellent prices and little wasted time at the dealer. Like any dealer, would recommend any deal to be in some sort of writing if you’re traveling a good distance to purchase the vehicle. The salesman Matt was extremely easy to work with. I had a confirmed deal over text in about ten minutes.

  Spoke with a sales guy on Tuesday about a vehicle, Offered a deposit to hold it, communicated with the sales guy my intent to buy. He told me no need for a deposit yet because the vehicle needed to be run through the recon shop, and he would give me an ETA tomorrow and hold the vehicle for me. Wednesday they sold the vehicle out from under me. Seems like honor and reputation doesn't matter if you make a sale.

  I purchased a truck from here. They was very nice and worked with me but having warranty issues is frustrating. I paid the extended warranty price which was very expensive. I am a single parent and it took my hard work for that warranty money and of course the truck too. Took the truck back because the sunroof was not working properly. It won't close all the way, open all the way and gets stuck and goes back and forth. I'm scared to open it. One of the reasons I purchased the truck is because I like sunroofs. It would be nice to use it! I paid for it. They said they can't do anything about the sunroof even though I paid for the warranty. All that money but for what? I don't feel like they're standing by their warranty. I've heard that about warranty's, that they're not worth their money. I guess I just thought Ford was different, I trusted them! I have a bad feeling it will never get fixed by Ford. I also had a mobile oil change here. I took my rv out of town to a Ford dealership they said they drained 11 quarts of oil out and told me the RV only holds 8 quarts. Now I'm feeling scared to get oil changes here. They've always been really nice and helpful, this really took me by surprise. I'm a little nervous going forward. Usually love this place!

  Outstanding service and very knowledgeable mechanics. I was out of state from Arizona and blew a coolant line, Telaine and tadd Jenkins ford mechanics made it a priority to help get me back on the road. Highly recommend Tad Jenkins dealership such great trustworthy people!

  Matt and Drew teamed up and helped with my test drive and purchase. The process was seamless and I was able to purchase remotely. They even delivered my new vehicle to me! Great service and follow through. Overall a good truck buying experience.
