  Huge shoutout to Lee at Tampa Bay Motor Cars for helping me get into my new Volkswagen Jetta. He stayed with me every step of the way throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable, informed, and getting the best deal possible. Never once felt pressured or left in the dark about anything. Lee went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone patient, professional, and willing to work for you, definitely ask for Lee. Highly recommend!

  Man the experience I got here was beyond exceptional I got the car and for the price I wanted the guys here made it happen with no questions asked and they treat you like family what I was told over the phone was exactly what I got when I walked in here the guys here do exactly what they say they are going to do thank you Kyle, Damion and the manger who made everything possible go see them you won't be disappointed

  We had an awesome experience at JBL. Luis and Joey were amazing and helpful! We bout a Jeep Wrangler for a play vehicle and it is perfect! I highly recommend JBL for your next used car purchase! Our transaction was smooth and we didn’t have to spend hours of our day there. We got exactly what we wanted and exactly what they advertised! Thanks guys! Will recommend you to all our friends!

  From the moment we walk into Tampa Bay Motorcars we felt welcomed and not overwhelmed. Eddie was amazing. We had arrived close to closing but he still didn’t make us feel rushed. Instead He listened to what we were looking for and asked questions. Walk us around the lot showing us different vehicles. He asked us to come back in the morning. Which we agreed to because his personality and his attitude was very welcoming. He made it feel like “that’s where we want to purchase our next vehicle”. When we came back the next morning he had brought out the cars that fit our criteria. He did not disappoint! He had the cars ready to view and go for a test drive. He definitely out did himself. We purchased the 2nd vehicle on the list of cars. From start to finish everyone was amazing. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a good deal and amazing customer service experience. Also, we DID NOT spend the entire day at the dealership. 5 Star rating and 2 thumbs up on the entire process. Thank you 😊
