  “Serious concerns about paperwork and signatures – documentation included.” My experience with Taylor Kia of Findlay has been extremely distressing and is still ongoing. My husband and I are both permanently disabled. I live with autism and PTSD, which makes high-pressure environments very difficult for me. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we could not afford and did not want to take out a loan, we left the dealership in a situation where a loan had been created in our name. Several serious issues occurred during this process that I am now disputing. • Documents containing my signature that I did not sign. One document shows a computer timestamp of 5:07 PM on Dec 18, 2025 and contains my signature. However, our home security camera shows my husband arriving to pick me up at our home, and we did not pull away until 6:04 PM. The dealership is approximately 1.3 miles away. This timeline raises serious questions about how that document was completed. • Repeated or identical signatures across multiple documents. Several signatures appear identical and do not match how I am physically able to sign my name today due to medical limitations. • High-pressure sales environment. At one point I raised my voice after repeatedly explaining that we could not afford the vehicle and did not want financing. • Significant financial discrepancy. Vehicle valuation sources such as Kelley Blue Book show a large difference between estimated vehicle value and the loan amount currently listed in my Capital One account. Because of these concerns, I have begun filing complaints and requesting assistance from several organizations, including: the Ohio Attorney General Disability Rights Ohio the Autism Society I am also preparing documentation to present to law enforcement regarding the disputed signatures. This situation has caused extreme financial and emotional stress for our household. I am sharing this experience so that other consumers—especially disabled consumers—can be aware

  Worked with Jeff Schetter on the purchase of my new 2026 Kia Seltos S!! Very nice dealership, warm and friendly and no hassle. They have programs to work with all types of situations, go check them out and drive off in some new wheels!!

  Love, love, love, this dealership. Just purchased a 2027 Seltos from Jason Sauls. What a terrific sales person. Very laid back, answered all my questions quickly and was very respectful. I highly recommend Jason. Everyone else was sooo friendly, Jerry the manager was wonderful as well and very professional. Peter Margliotti, who closed the deal couldn’t be nicer. Thank you everyone. This dealership is 10 stars not 5.

  I had a phenomenal experience working directly with Lars Lucio. He is a young and ambitious car salesman; who's work and attitude precede him. I have worked for several years with the Kia Findlay Service Department; and I was recommended Lars as a potential connection to work directly with from the service Manager Michael! All of the staff from Service, to Sales, to Financing were incredible to work with! I would highly recommend plus it's just like Steve Taylor says, " I wanna see ya in a Kia". Glad to have another Kia; as that is the only type of car I have ever owned! Thank you for sure a wonderful experience and time! See ya to buy another one in 200K miles from now!

  They hooked me up!!! I came in thinking they was gonna put me in a cheap ugly car that I wouldn't want but man they did the exact opposite. Got me in a brand new selto its gorgeous drives amazing looks sharp. They got me financed in great timing professional sales absolutely exceeded my expectations
