  David Eversole was an amazing salesman. This experience was by far the best I've had buying a car. It was super quick and painless. Usually you spend hours at the car lot fighting over prices, but today we were there 2 hours and that's including our test drive which was 30mins.

  Judy Brenner is an amazing saleswoman! This experience was great, it was super quick and painless. I was only there for about 2 hours and she made sure I got the exact car I wanted and was able to leave with a car same day!

  My salesman David and finance lady mary made everything very easy. David was a exceptional salesman he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle i purchased. Mary made the finance part very easy and explained everything i wanted to know. Definitely will be going back to do business again

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and treatment we have received. It took multiple days just to connect a call regarding ongoing vehicle issues. Before the car even reached 85,000 miles, multiple parts had already been replaced, including a full engine replacement at only 56,000 miles. After the engine replacement, the AC components were not reinstalled correctly, causing a slow refrigerant leak that eventually wore out the AC system. We were initially told the repair was not covered under warranty, but the manager later claimed it was. The finance manager also incorrectly stated the warranty was through the bank when it was actually through the dealership. Throughout this process, staff and management have been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. During our most recent interaction, the manager abruptly ended the call and stated that “cars just break sometimes,” which was extremely frustrating given the circumstances. "And im not going to offer you anything because you've "insulted my staff, my manufacturer and dealerships"" so they refuse to take accountability for their nonsense. Overall, we do not feel respected or valued as customers. I recommend using tom ahl family dealerships instead. He will treat you well after being screwed by these people.
