  Dylan was great with my mom and I. My mom is 82 years old. He was wonderful with her. He even talked with my husband Glenn. He explained the situation with mom’s other car loan. He was able to have mom’s payment be at a place where she was comfortable with. He was very nice and pleasant. Explained to mom how the controls worked and how the car works.   I had the pleasure of working with Greg Lender! He was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was. They worked very fast and got me in a brand new car same day!!! I was pleasantly surprised many times my the offers and deals that team Chevy had to offer. It was the most amazing car buying experience I’ve had so far. Greatly appreciate the effort and support!!!

  My salesman was was amazing but the parts service guy mike he was very rude and thought I had vehicle illiterate with no knowledge when they messed up my wife's car during recall/rework order. Make sure when you buy the extended warranty you get what you pay for on the paperwork because they sand bagged me on 1/14/2026 was a 4yr 48 and 2600 and they put in the paperwork of the pink slip 4yr 36 bumber to bumber my fault I didn't read the shit till I got home but the original slip I signed was the 4/48k but every dealership blows and they laughed at me for wanting to pay cash for 2018 gmc sierra 2500 crewcab I shoulda walked out and said suck it.

  The work was performed very well and I'm satisfied with it, however the price was extreme. I was charged over 300 dollars for an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change and a engine air filter change. I've had Team service my truck since it was bought new in 2017 and I can no longer justify the money spent for these services. I will no longer use Team to service my truck!
