  If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. From pushy salesmen to non existent general manager, John. We gave them 3 chances for us to buy a truck from them. They failed horribly every time. The first time we placed a deposit on a truck, We were in the process of selling our home, and had some delays so we told them, to hold off on running our credit, they did so anyway- 3 days later. We retracted our deposit and told them when the house finalized, we would let them know. The second time we couldn’t get anyone to help so I decided to reach out to the general manager, John Pike. When I called John to explain the situation, he promised to make it right. So we tried to give them one final chance. He told me to text him when we were on our way in. I did, and John acknowledged by telling me to ask for Wes. (See screenshot) My husband went and sat for an hour and 15 minutes, and Wes was MIA as well as John. We called Mark Dodge in Lake Charles. EVERY SINGLE PEESON there was AMAZING! From our sales associate Jordan, sales manager, finance, all the way to the delivery driver. Yes, they delivered my new 3500 at no charge!! I HIGHLY recommend calling them over this dealership. Texan definitely needs to take notes on customer service, something every single person there lacks. DO YOURSELF a favor and call MARK DODGE! Prices are so much better, and their customer service is TOP NOTCH!

  I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Texan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in December 2025. The experience was a mix of great people and frustrating dealership tactics. Jim was the first person I spoke with over the phone and he was fantastic. Very friendly, personable, and thoughtful. He actually called me back to let me know that the color Wrangler I wanted had been sold the night before, rather than letting me drive out there with my infant baby for nothing. He suggested I come in to see the green one instead, and when we visited the next day, we were genuinely impressed and decided to buy it on the spot. Jim had a doctor's appointment that day, so he handed us off to Geraldine, who was equally wonderful — welcoming, professional, and clearly wanted to make the deal work for us. Where things went south was with the back-end process. The dealership had a mandatory dealer package of around $3,000. I negotiated it down to $1,800, but they reduced GPS coverage from five years to one year along with lesser coverage on other items — so the savings came at a cost. Then the real frustration began. They knew from the beginning that I was financing through my own lender. Yet when it came time to finalize paperwork, the dealership manager — who never spoke to me directly and only communicated through the finance person going back and forth — pushed hard for me to switch to one of their partnered banks. I respectfully declined multiple times, but they kept pressing. At one point they told me we didn't have a deal anymore. I had been there for nearly two hours with my infant, and I was understandably frustrated. After I pushed back firmly, they finally agreed to work with my lender but wouldn't release the vehicle until the check was received. I picked up my car the next day with the check in hand.   Completely Satisfied with the Purchase of my new Ram. I had not purchased a new Truck in 12 years. Older working Man blown away with all the Technology this Truck has., Osiris, my Rep, was very supportive in the process. I thought it took a bit too long of a time frame , but overall it went well. I think a shady spot to empty the old Truck into the new Truck would be nice also. It was hot! The Hemi ETorque is a beast. Amazing smooth ride. Very fun to drive!

  Thank you so much to Texan Dodge Family since the moment I walked in. I was treated well Precela Fernando Fatima Carlos were so sweet they helped me out so much. Never pressured me I told them what vehicle I wanted and they worked hard to help me with the banks to approve me. All my questions were answered. I would come again to buy another vehicle in the future ❤️

  5th time returning client to this dealersip ownership. Great sales staff and attention. Fair in pricing and negotiating. Viviana Fernández has been my sales person for 6 years and my wife and I are always treated with fairness and respect. Will be back in a year or two as always!
