  Our experience at Autobarn Mazda of Evanston was exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone we worked with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure we found the right vehicle without ever feeling pressured. A special thank you to Eric Fragassi, who made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to answer every question, listened to what we were looking for, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout the process. We left feeling confident that we had made the right decision because of his patience, knowledge, and attention to detail. We also want to recognize Jonathan Danial in finance. He made what is often the most intimidating part of buying a car surprisingly easy. He clearly explained all of our financing options, was transparent every step of the way, and made sure we understood everything before signing. His professionalism and honesty gave us complete confidence in the process. From the sales floor to the finance office, the entire team made us feel welcome and well taken care of.   We purchased a Mazda CX-30 from The Autobarn Mazda of Evanston, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Tommy was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I had reached out to several dealerships while shopping around, and Tommy was able to give me the best price by far. He was transparent throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step without any pressure or sales tactics. The entire buying process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who genuinely works to get you the best deal while also providing excellent customer service.   Ivan is a knowledgeable and kind salesperson. He knew all about the CX-50 and always made us feel like his top priority. In the end, he found us the exact color and trim we wanted at another dealer and got it shipped over in just 2 days. We got the car we wanted at a price that we felt was fair. We drove it home today and couldn’t be more pleased.

  I recently bought a used CX-5 and had a great experience from start to finish. I had a short timeline to buy and Eric and Tom were very responsive, quick to help, patient, and knowledgeable. I echo another comment about feeling comfortable and not taken advantage of when buying a car. It's a big job to research and purchase on your own and I felt at ease the whole experience. It was super easy and would absolutely recommend this dealership! Unrelated to cars, the latte machine was really yummy too!

  I recently purchased a 2017 Mazda3 from The Autobarn Mazda of Evanston, and I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I’ve always had a pretty negative view of car dealerships and expected the usual pressure and sales tactics. But this dealership completely changed my perspective. From start to finish, I felt safe, respected, and never pressured into anything. As a woman, I’ve sometimes felt like car salesmen see you as an easy target, but that was absolutely NOT the case here. I never once felt taken advantage of. The entire experience felt transparent and genuine. Ivan was incredible to work with the whole time and Jonathan was just as great. They were patient, kind, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. It truly felt like they wanted me to feel confident in my decision. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase my car, and it was completely worth it. I would make that drive again without hesitation. I left with a sense of peace and confidence in my purchase. I will absolutely be back when it’s time for my next vehicle. Highly recommend! Thanks to Ivan and Jonathan for restoring my faith in the car buying business! Also, for those that would be interested to know, this dealership is female-owned, which I loved to hear!
