  I always have a wonderful experience at Thelen Kia, and a big reason for that is Allen in the service department. He consistently goes above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome and valued. From the moment you walk in, he greets everyone with a smile, a friendly hello, and genuine kindness. Allen is always professional, helpful, and attentive. He takes the time to explain things, makes sure customers are taken care of, and even offers services like a complimentary car wash. It’s clear that he truly cares about providing excellent customer service. I trust Thelen Kia with my vehicle because I know my car is in good hands. The service team does great work, and Allen’s outstanding attitude and dedication make every visit a positive experience. Thank you, Allen, for always going the extra mile!

  Great experience from start to finish! Khoa and Marty were very helpful in helping with the purchase of the car. Very thorough with the information they gave and was able to answer any questions that I had. They helped to make sure my payments fit comfortably within my budget. Both were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

  I’m usually not a fan of dealerships and generally dread the car-buying process, but Thelen Kia made the experience great. The staff was fantastic from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured into making a purchase, which is rare in my experience. They answered my questions honestly, respected my time, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Jayvien was the salesman I dealt with and he was awesome. I ran into a lot of issues scheduling things due to my work and he was more than accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

  Huge thanks to Ashley and the team at Thelen Kia. We were visiting family over a holiday weekend when our van needed repairs, and they went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. They even got us set up with a loaner vehicle so we weren't stranded. Ashley made sure everything was completely squared away and safe before sending us on our way home. Truly exceptional service!
