  Had a great experience with Cruise, the response times were a little bit slow but nothing that drove away my business. Accommodated to the reasonable price I was looking for and gave me the deal I wanted. He Forgot to give me the video of the car I bought before it was delivered but it came in perfect condition just like the photos showed, so no issue at all. Was super easy to work with and was able to follow through with his promise to have it delivered by the correct date. No insane fees like other dealerships and great prices and great staff to work with. Also matched the loan apr% I got with Chase Bank. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Thanks for the Ariya!!

  Thanks to Mason at Ivel and Kenny who helped make this happen!! I bought a vehicle 5 1/2 years ago from Mason and I still have it! I needed a SUV and Kenny showed me a reliable one on the lot. I appreciate that more than you know!!

  I bought a 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage from Chris Thomas as my salesman. I found the car over the internet and he contacted me the next day. We did the whole process over the phone/email/text. It was the fastest easiest least stressful experience I’ve ever had in buying a car. They are very friendly and made sure I was satisfied. They even towed it to my house to deliver it bc we lived 2 1/2 hrs away from there. I would recommend doing business with them and I absolutely love the car!! Thanks again!

  BELOW IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. HOWEVER AFTER THREE CAR PAYMENTS THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. AND THE SALESMAN TOLD ME DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE TIRES VIBRATING, THAT'S JUST THE KIND OF TIRES. I DIDN'T NOTICE IT TOO MUCH AT FIRST ONCE THE SNOW MELTED IT GOT REALLY BAD. ON MY WAY TO GET IT CHECKED I MADE IT ABOUT 100 YD FROM MY HOME AND NOW 3000 PLUS DOLLARS LATER I'M WAITING FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION A NEW USED TRANSMISSION. THEY ROBBED ME THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THEY ALSO SOLD ME A BOGUS WARRANTY, IT ONLY INCLUDED THEFT. I HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE WITH GAP WHY WOULD I NEED THEFT COVERAGE? I DIDN'T THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE SOMEONE WHEN THEY WERE DOWN. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE I had an absolute excellent experience purchasing my vehicle with Tim Short Honda. I had a unique situation and they brought the vehicle to me 1 hour away so I could test drive it, and brought the paperwork in case I decided to purchase which I did. A few little hiccups that they corrected promptly without hesitation. The service is A+ and I'm a tough cookie I don't give out the stars unless they are well deserved. And the service here and the car that I received the stars were definitely well deserved. Thank you Lucas great salesman that was good by me. If you're looking for a new or used Honda this is definitely the place I would recommend wherever you live. First time customer won't be the last time visiting them for my next Honda

  Lukas and Ollie have been the textbook definition of above and beyond! My wife and I have been looking for cars 9ff and on for a while, found their listing for a Kia sorento for a great price, but we couldn't get the time to get down to them cuz of our jobs and the distance. Their solution? They drove 4 hours to bring the car to us! After a quick PPI we finished up the paperwork and we're currently enjoying our Kia! They took our trade in no problems at all! I cannot recommend these guys enough, there's no shady business practices, no scummy add ons, just true transparent business and honest to God good businessmen! Next time we do business with them I'm making it a point to make the drive in person to shake his hand personally!
