  I want to sincerely thank the sales team at Time CDJR of Portland for such an outstanding experience. They truly went above and beyond to help us find our perfect vehicle. Our sales agent, Roxanne Parisien, was exceptional. Her customer service, professionalism, and expertise were unmatched. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Roxanne genuinely took the time to show me every single vehicle on the lot—and there were far more options than expected. At first glance, you wouldn’t realize how extensive their inventory is, but with three different lots full of vehicles, I was pleasantly surprised by how many great choices we had. From that moment, I knew our perfect vehicle was there and that we didn’t need to shop anywhere else. The sales manager Micheal Jordan also took excellent care of us and worked hard to secure one of the best deals possible. We truly appreciate his effort and support. And just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, we met the finance manager, Harry Razzaghy another great addition to the team who made the final steps just as seamless. We found our perfect vehicle and had such an enjoyable experience that we will absolutely continue doing business here and will be back to purchase again in the future.   Great experience. I worked with James throughout the process and everything went smoothly. He went out of his way to track down the vehicle I wanted and was able to get it to Portland quickly. Made the whole experience quick and easy. Also give some credit to Mo the finance manager. Ran me through options without doing the hard sell. Let’s be honest, he did do the hard sell, he just did a great job of not making me feel pressured. I’ll definitely buy again from James and the team, it was a fantastic experience.   This was a seamless and smooth experience. I worked with Eli, who was massively helpful and informative in helping me find the right fit of vehicle for my needs. He was thorough, explanatory, and intuitive in his communication. The financial advisor, Mo, was extremely efficient and respectful of my time while making sure that I understood the paperwork agreement.
