  We went to Redlands CDJR dealership and did not have a good experience as they tried to sell us a car with a massive gash in the fender and passed it off like it was no big deal. We were greeted promptly by John in Sales the moment we parked. John was professional, personable and so understanding of our needs and so we added a new member to the family today!! The entire staff at Tom Bell were engaged, helpful and very patient with us! We didnt feel pressured or rushed with our choice of vehicle and were so happy with our purchase!!! Thank you to all who helped in our sale today, right down to the detailer♡ our new baby was sparkling clean and we are so happy!!!

  Second time Tom Bell has sealed the deal! Great group of people who really care about making a good deal for you and making sure you leave happy. They are not phony here. They are genuine. We had recently purchased a used 2023 Z71 back in August of 2025 and loved it. Back then we left with a beautiful truck for a fantastic price with a lot of great top of the line features. It hardly seemed used but did have a little over 20,000 miles. We added some upgrades like a bed cover, all terrain tires and running boards but put on another 20,000 + miles. Recently, we had been contacted by several people claiming to be with Tom Bell saying that we could trade in the truck and get something bigger and better and they would meet the Blue Book price. We went down before the 4th of July and the truck they said they had wasn't there but Jorge did his best to show us what we were looking for. He was super knowledgeable about all the different models and each one's unique features. He was incredibly patient and super friendly. The salesmen here are never pushy or intrusive. They are like neighbors and are very easy to talk to. We did not see anything we loved but did want to sit down and see what kind of deal we could get. Even though the deal promised to us in advertisements and promotions had been a thrid party service. Tom Bell honored the match Blue Book deal. We needed a stronger bigger truck to tow our new trailer so we wanted to upgrade if it was worth it to us but we did not want to lose any of the upgraded features of our current Z71. They really listen to you and understand each customer's unique needs. When both the deal and the truck on offer did not wow us Cory stepped in and after just 2 minutes of explaining the entire situation and what we were hoping for and needing he had the team drive around an absolutely gorgeous brand new 2026 Silverado Trail Boss. It looked exactly like our current truck only much bigger and it came with everything we had plus a few more uniq

  This is the best dealership ever. This is the standard of what a dealership should look like. My service person was Bryan Bozovich, such an amazing guy. They offer you tea and snacks while you're waiting, then they had this very nice chauffeur guy Paul drop me off and he offered to pick me up when I'm ready to get my car. The most amazing part is the pricing, like Bryan was like your stuff is under warranty, and we only spent 2 hrs, so the money we asked you to pay. You no longer have to pay it and here's a free car for you to use while we fix yours all covered by the dealership 😁😁😁. Isn't this amazing. This is my best dealership experience ever, so smooth, cheap and easy. I felt like I was in heaven. I give it to Tom Bell chevy dealership, they are simply the best in everything. I'd always come back here and recommend this dealership to anyone with a chevy even if for just the service and affordability alone. Man look at this car, it's even better than my car. Now I'm considering getting a new car. Thanks again Tom Bell Chrevolet for taking care of me.

  The service was fine, but it would have been excellent if a car wash had been included. It makes me wonder: if I brought in a Corvette instead of an Equinox, would it have gotten washed? Every customer deserves that "excellent" touch!

  Would not even give one star if that was possible! Had my car towed there cos I broke down 3 weeks ago and have had to pull teeth just to get an idea of what is going on there with my car. Dan the service advisor doesn't return a call, can't explain anything. Now that I finally get my car home (the did no repairs cos they never responded to me so I picked up my car) my car has no gas, it is so empty it won't start, it went in for brakes going out (manufacturer problem) and now they say it's a piece of crap, exactly what the tech said about my car! These are the most rude people ever. And I bought my car there! Never again. All the 4 and 5 stars on the reviews are family of the workers.
