  My recent visit to Tom O’Brien Dodge dealership was incredible. It was a visit to repair my 2009 Ram fuel pump (219,000 k miles) which the service team was lead by Bob and our technician over the work was Kevin. Went truly over what would be considered normal customer care. - Parts were challenging to get because of multiple back ordered fuel pumps. - Transmission cooler lines were old and leaking. - TIPM was replaced by customer as we thought it was the problem not the fuel pump. (Not Problem) - Bob and Kevin worked hard to get the truck ready and completed. I’d left a power wire to the TIPM loose during customers install. This caused the truck to shut down when I showed up this morning. Bob and his team sprung into action finding my mistake (customer) and corrected the problem, but didn’t charge me for this fix.(unexpected/humbled) If you need a Dodge Dealership in Indy be sure to call them first!   Professional, courteous, staff. Luke was super knowledgeable, ask for him. I went in wanting to just drive a new Ram. I never buy the first time. They made a deal that made me feel like a winner on an awesome truck. Might be the happiest I have ever left a car lot in my 50 years.

  I had an excellent experience at Tom O’Brien Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram with their service department. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Preston was absolutely amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure my concerns were taken seriously. His communication and customer service truly stood out. I brought in my Ram ProMaster 3500 for service, and it was handled with care and efficiency. It’s not always easy finding a dealership you trust with a work vehicle, but they definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend Tom O’Brien’s service team — and if you get the chance, ask for Preston. Top-tier service all around!

  Best dealership ever! From the beginning Kevin helped me online and got me scheduled right away, then I met Mandy, the BEST. She greeted me with open arms and was so inviting. I told her I was on limited time and she made it happen. She was very sweet and accommodating. Honestly, I would buy anything from her! Lastly I met Sean, he made the final process quick, easy, and convenient. Again, super friendly! Shoutout to the whole team. You can tell everyone is family there. I will never go to another dealership again. From start to finish it was in limited time. Thanks again!! You guys are the BEST!

  Ram Dealer Tom and Kevin O'Brien would not do warranty work and left us in a dangerous situation. I made an appt 3 weeks in advance and explained that we were leaving town the following week. When I dropped off the car on Tuesday, I was told it might take more than one day because they were very busy. I told them they could skip the recalls and just take care of the power steering light. Two days later I called and no answer so I left a message. No call back, so I called again. The man on the phone was so unprofessional, he called me "bro". Said he would find out and call me back. No call back. I called again the next morning and no answer, left another message. Kevin called me back finally, and said he was busy doing other work. I expressed my frustration and asked that he please at least fix the power steering. He said no. The surprising thing is that he said no, without regret. He didn't offer any other solution. It was if he just didn't care. He would not even look at the power steering light. Then proceeded to tell me I could not come pick up my van because they were closing. I'm sure he will respond to this and say they have no problem doing warranty work and were just running behind. But I made the appt for warranty work and he would not do it. I understand that he makes more money by avoiding wattanty work, but that is not my problem. I am hopeful that Ram will see this and provide a solution. Since Tom and Kevin won't take accountability, I hope ram will. I have three ram vans.
